Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with, and dealing with Rhea has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve messaged her every single day, hoping for a response or some kind of update, but she never replies. It’s completely ridiculous how unprofessional this entire experience has been. I’m left constantly chasing for information, and all I get in return is silence. It’s as if they don’t care about their clients at all. Honestly, I’ve never been this frustrated with any service before. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This agency and Rhea specifically are a complete waste of time.

Negative experience: Do not, under any circumstances, book a ticket with them. The experience has been incredibly unprofessional and beyond stressful. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers, and it’s far more reliable to just book directly with the airline. Save yourself the headache and frustration—don’t waste your time with this company.
Negative experience: If there a zero rate here I would give that especially to Rhea, NEVER transact with her to this travel agency, whatever you use you pay e-transfer/credit card after you paid and give you a reference number ohh damn always check that everyday until your date of flight you never know that the reference number she gave you is un ticketed. They will just get your money worst if use your credit card with other. I got 4. Nightmare experience with her.
Negative experience: We previously purchased a ticket through this agency few years back, and the process was smooth, with no issues. However, in our recent transaction for multiple tickets, only one has been confirmed. Upon reaching out to the Philippine airline for clarification, we were informed that the remaining tickets are still unconfirmed due to pending payments. The airline indicated that confirmation cannot proceed until the full payment is processed and reflected in their system.
Negative experience: Do not book with this agency it gave us nothing but stress and disappointment. They canceled our ticket multiple times. Tried talking to them many times they just keep telling us that they will get back to us at the end of the day and they never did. Do not book with them if you do not want to stress and frustrated
Negative experience: Very sketchy place. Got charged twice on my credit card then no response from rhea for over a month. Only got a refund after multiple calls and the refund process was a e transfer l.
Negative experience: If i could give 0 start i would. Do not do business this agency and agent Rhea. This agency was recommended by a friend but i regret doing bussiness with them. I bought 2 Flight Tickets and paid them both 4 months ahead of the flight. At first eveything seems fine until 2weeks before the flight. I regularly check the flight online for changes of time and date only to find out the both booking references that was given to me were both unticketed, meaning not paid. I kept calling the agency for answer everyday but the agent doesnt give me a concrete answer as to why it wasnt paid for the airline. I have to constatly call the agency daily to follow up, and all she says is that she will send me the tickets but at the end of the day you wont receive any. You wont have any updates unless you call the agency yourself. She gave me the tickets eventually and after checking it online the next day, one ticket showed error "no booking" i call the airline and said it was cancelled because somebody asked for a refund which was the agency who booked it. I found out this myself and the agent did not even call, email or even apologized to me regarding this changes. I called the agency and voiced my frustration. In short, it was a very unprofessional, stressful, poor and frustrating customer service from Rhea.
Negative experience: When there's a problem with your flight it would be very hard to call them coz they don't answer your call anymore. After buying plane ticket from them
Negative experience: THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU USE THIS AGENCY! We finalized our travel plans with Ms. Rhea for our much-anticipated trip to the Philippines. Unfortunately, our joy turned into sorrow when my mother passed away unexpectedly. In the midst of grieving, we had to cancel one of the tickets. When we reached out to the company to cancel the ticket, the representative assured us that a refund would be processed. However, we found ourselves in a frustrating situation as months passed by with no update on the status of our refund. It felt as though our request was being overlooked, while we were struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one. The lack of clear communication and the delay in processing the refund only added to our distress during this difficult time. We were counting on the refund to assist with the financial burden of hospital bills, funeral expenses, and the arrangements to transport my mother's remains to the Philippines. The prolonged wait for the refund compounded our already overwhelming situation. At a time when compassion and understanding would have been greatly appreciated, we were left feeling let down by the company's lack of urgency. We simply hoped for the refund to be processed promptly, enabling us to focus on the necessary arrangements for my mother's final journey.
Negative experience: if you book with this agency be prepared for disappointment and having your money taken. we are STRANDED in another country and while we have communicated this they refuse to do anything about it. claimed they rebooked to another flight and what happened at the airport? they said the agency never paid them for the ticket so we were kicked off. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. BOOK WITH AN AGENCY THAT HAS FORMS OF COMMUNICATION AND WILL NOT IGNORE MESSAGES.
Negative experience: A staff charged our credit card twice using the company account BUT refunded using not the company's account but her personal, and very delayed and in instalments. (What??) Apparently doing that for others too. Something fishy is going on behind, but it is possible the owners might not be aware of it. Get this straightened out. You just lost a customer and will not recommend you at all.
