Fantastic experience: Emily is a very helpful travel agent, our family has been using her services for the past 4 years. Her advice to take travel insurance saved us thousands of dollars when we had to cancel our trip for 8, last moment due to family illness. We had a travel credit from a previous vacation and when I tried to apply it, a Sunwing rep told me to pay first and to get the refund after the payment. Emily took it upon herself to help us with this and managed to apply the credit before the payment in full. She saved me lots of time and hassle by doing this for us. Emily is very patient, she answers all of the questions that we have, calls to remind of upcoming payments due dates.... I can't recomend Emily enough.

Fantastic experience: Emily Chambers is fabulous to work with when planning a vacation. We just returned from an Alaskan Cruise & Land tour with Princess that we booked through Emily. All of her recommendations were spot on for what we wanted to get out of the vacation. Emily really listened to us to understand our interests and was always fun to talk with … it really felt that she was excited with us about our travel plans. We already have her busy looking for our annual Fly & Flop to a warm destination to avoid a week of winter as well as a Newfoundland fly & drive tour for June 2023. Fantastic experience: We have booked several vacations through Emily. She is knowledgeable regarding the products and always looks for the best deal for us. She is patient as we went through options and made sure we were happy with our choice. After booking she was always available if we had any questions.

Negative experience: I do NOT recommend this travel agency at all! We had a family vacation booked. Our vacation got cancelled due to the weather. After the cancellation this company was not helpful at all! We then talked with WestJet and they informed us to fill out a form and to get help from our travel agent since that’s what we paid for. Sell off had no idea what form this was nor would they help us figure out how to receive our refund to reschedule. Two people Emily and Nancy in the office was supposed to call or email us back and never did. We went to marlin travel and they knew exactly the form we needed and helped us. Between marlin and WestJet they helped us rebook our family vacation. Never will I book with this company again. I recommend Marlin travel.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with selloffvacations.com was very good. Although I live 5 mins walk from the pointe claire office when I dialed in the 1800 number I was rerouted to Nancy T. In Regina. It just shows how popular selloff is right now. My booking experience with Nancy was super amazing. I was looking for a special type of travel experience and Nancy was very helpful to help find a good resort while being very patient with us given we kept changing our minds on which resort. She was also very helpful organizing us with the required links for registration prior to our departure as well as return requirements. As well Peggy was also very helpful at our Pointe Claire office. She helped with a couple close off items. I will certainly return to selloffvacations for our next trip. Enjoy Costa Rica NANCY

Negative experience: Scam. Bought cancellation insurance and will only give refund in form of a travel voucher. Waste of money - go online to actual resort sites, this place is a joke.

Negative experience: I have contacted Sell Off Vacations via their web page and they have responded quickly at first. Then my info was transferred to their Regina branch manager Emily. She email me and promised to call next day I have not received any follow up from her until I actually contacted her again, informing that I will be looking for another agency not be as they seem too busy to call a client. Emily, on her end, suggested that she called and emailed me that day, which was not true at all. As apparently her email and phone call, including voice mail, went through today but yesterday she was not able to reach me??? I cannot trust this person with my family’s vacation choice and won’t be working with this agency as a lier runs their branch. I don’t want to look like I’m always unhappy, but when you try to make fool of me- this is too much. I work in sales too and if I ever act like her- I won’t have a returning clientele. I don’t recommend to do business with them

Emily was not only able to find a great resort at an amazing price, but also took care of every detail for me and my family. From the time we booked, until the time we got home, there were no unwelcome surprises that can sometimes be associated with "last minute deals". Our all-inclusive week at the Grand Sirenis Riveria Maya was fantastic. Fantastic experience: Emily Chambers was wonderful to deal with, very professional yet kind and understanding about the situation we encountered when one of our vacationing member could not go to Cuba because Cuba required him to acquire a Cuban passport when he already had a Canadian passport and is a Canadian Citizen. If you were born in Cuba and have been a Canadian citizen for 54 years and have a Canadian passport the laws in Cuba does not recognize you as Canadian you are Cuban (due to birthplace) and must have a valid Cuban passport. We found out about this law 3 days before departure and the embassy could not and would not expedite a passport for him. Therefore he was not able to trave and lost all of his money ($2,000.00). Who knew Emily was very understand and helped us out the best way she could and it really made a dire situation bearable. I Love dealing with SellOffVacations and now even more after dealing with Emily.
