Negative experience: We are trying to receive a refund due to being unable to fly (re: CoVid). They have not given us any response or any money back.

Negative experience: I contacted these people twice and never got a response. I'm booking an international trip for 3 people and I can't even get a call back or an email or anything? Not reliable enough for me to want to book trip to the grocery store let alone a vacation.
