We are pleased to support and service our valued Members and customers from across the province who trust CAA for their everyday lifestyle needs including travel, insurance, automotive, roadside assistance, and safety.

This location is our administrative office. For membership, travel and insurance needs visit one of our three Stores in Regina (South, North and East).

**Due to COVID-19 we are available online and by phone. We will temporarily be closed Saturdays.

Negative experience: Whichever driver towed a black truck outside of mosaic needs a lesson in patience and respect. Pulled into an intersection on the wrong side of the road and just about caused an accident and then started screaming at the drivers with the right of way. Extremely disrespectful behaviour for someone in a company vehicle!

Fantastic experience: My vehicle’s engine overheated on the west Regina bypass yesterday at 4:00 pm and I called for a tow. The driver helped both myself and my partner into his unit as we have mobility issues. The driver was quick, safe, and a model of professionalism that does CAA proud. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My fiance and I have our auto policies and home policy through CAA and have worked directly with Krista Sali for over a year. We were new to Saskatchewan and were unclear on how the coverages worked here compared to Alberta. Krista always takes the time to explain the process to us to ensure we understand and don't have any questions left unanswered. If you are planning on doing business with CAA, I highly recommend speaking with Krista. She remembers our conversations and treats us like actual people and not just clients. I think that is what makes her so amazing and what makes us want to keep our policies with CAA.

Negative experience: Absolute garbage. Currently 5 years, but a total of 15 years CAA. I get long wait times for a call on the service. When given a time, a truck dispatched, and an updated time, then waiting 4 hours passed the time I was given, is ridiculous. No contact. Nothing. Phone in and wait for literally 2 hours. Request a call back (12am). This morning I put in another service call. I get a call about that service request, before I got a callback from the previous night. When asked, I got no answers. Ive been trying to get a request in for 3 days now. When asked to speak to someone above, they just said they would email them to call me, as there's no one around to help me. Cabs are more reliable for a boost. They also told me to call another tow company. Why? You give me a time frame, dispatched a truck, then left me hanging for 4 hours, before I ended up late for work. Why pay a company that doesn't help, when you can just pay a cab company 20$, and they'll be there in no time. Clearly this has been an issue. Clearly the company is ignoring calls, as I'm not the first to review about it, or talk about it on media. At the end of the day, it doesn't seem worth the money. The money you spend on this sub par service, could just go to a booster pack, for 1 year of their fee.

Negative experience: I’ve tried for an hour to get to someone to assist me and no luck! I guess these other negative Google reviews aren’t people who simply like to complain but rather expect quality service! CAA just called me back this afternoon! Wow! I asked why no one called me back until today. I was on holidays she responds. I said, doesn’t CAA have any other instance agents? She says it was assigned to me! Why would they send my request to someone on holidays? What a )&&@“” business model.

Fantastic experience: I recently became a member switching from another provider. I can't say at this time what kind of service I will get in the eventuality I have to make such a call, but the membership process was absolutely great. Fantastic experience: I called for road side assistance last week. Let me tell you about the great service I received. First, I gave the wrong location, I didn't know I was on the new by-pass (first time through Regina since it opened) ... I thought I was on Hwy #1. But the tow truck operator didn't give up, he managed to find me. The lady I spoke with from the CAA office, called a rental car company for me, and had the rental car company phone me so I could set up transportation. (lol, I had my phone but not even a pen to take down a number). The tow truck operator was a very friendly guy, he made some calls and found me a safe storage compound (Storage-mart). He towed my truck there, got me set up with a unit and got my truck safely inside. Then he let me bring some important stuff from the disabled truck, and took me to the car rental agent. He even helped load my stuff into the rental. Great guy, went above and beyond for me! When one is stranded far from home, this service is so comforting! I only became a CAA member when I turned 60, and now I wouldn't want to be without out their service!!

Fantastic experience: I have spoken to two insurance advisors in the past month and both were fantastic. I was looking for quotes on a package policy and received outstanding service. We are taking our insurance policies from another place to CAA because of the decent way we were treated.

Negative experience: This place is horrible. I would rate CAA with zero stars if I could. I wasted $200 when I didn't need to and when I went in to ask if I could return my card as I wouldn't be using it and felt like I was lied to...the women in the office could have cared less. She sat their with a smug look on her face and said nope and continued to chew her gum. I called and visited multiple locations and I was treated the same. This is unfortunate that I was sucked into spending money because I was given false information about the services that they could provide. I was lied to, treated with the most horrible customer service I'd ever received. The women in the office and through call services were apathetic. They really made it seem like they were just after my money.
