Negative experience: I inquired about some possible business cooperation, where my dog boarding business could help to enable more people to travel with them by providing their clients' and would-be travelers with excellent dog care. The lady was incredibly rude and condescending to me, and even tried to humiliate me by shaming me publicly on Facebook about my attempt at cross-promotion with them. Terrible business and people skills. Would not trust these people with so much as a trip to the store.
