Fantastic experience: This spring, my mother and I booked a trip to the UK via uniglobe. We worked specifically with Cordell who went above and beyond to build a personally tailored trip for us. We travelled with ease and enjoyed our trip so much. Cordell was and continues to always be available to discuss any past and future travel plans. He really goes the extra mile to provide a variety of options in regards to transportation, accommodation and excursions. We appreciated how through Cordell was when it came to ensuring that our trip went smoothly from explaining in detail- insurance policies to picking ideal plane seats! As a person who has spent many hours planning my own vacation and had many headaches along the way on those vacations- I will 100 percent be using Uniglobe and in particular Cordell as my agent again when planning my next getaway! Fantastic experience: I had to take an emergency last minute flight to France. Damy was super helpful and had me in the sky less than 24 hours after walking in. The flights were delayed but I made all of my connections and got where I needed to be. Definitely a good experience!

Fantastic experience: Last night we returned home from a holiday which had turned into an absolute "customer service" nightmare. I won't go into all the details, but I have to say that Damy Omoniyi of Uniglobe Carefree Travel in Saskatoon went well beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were able to check a bag that WestJet refused to assist us with. (I spent at least four hours on hold altogether, getting nowhere with customer service on both the phone and online, and I know she had similar frustrations). Damy was kind, helpful, efficient, and thoroughly professional. Thanks to her I was able to keep my sanity in a very stressful situation -- thank you Damy!

I can say she was amazing and this was my first time working with a travel agent and first time traveling this far. She was very responsive, communicative, and answered all questions & concerns. I highly highly recommend to use her for any of your travels as I will continue to use her for all my future travels.

Fantastic experience: We booked a Cancun getaway last year for Christmas, with Karen Katelnikoff and Uniglobe. Pre-trip information was top shelf and had never had better. Prior to departure Karen's communication about what to expect with Sunwing and Cancun was great, and when Sunwing left us sitting in a hotel in Saskatoon for three nights, Karen was amazing even on Christmas da and full refund was issued within 12 hrs. Trip was a bust, but Uniglobe was awesome.

Negative experience: I reached out to your office twice to help me book flights - once over the phone once in person. Both times I was told I would be sent information by the end of the day. Never once heard back from you. Now my flights have doubled in cost and I cant justify paying that for a trip I spent so much time researching and looking forward to. Very disappointed in your customer service.

Fantastic experience: We booked our trip to Africa from March- April this year. Everything went perfectly as planned , no delays or lost baggage, thanks to Kyra December who helped us with our flight booking.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of booking our trip with Mira, at the Uniglobe on Circle Drive. The experience could not have been better! Not only were we offered amazing options, but there was absolutely no pushing of things we didn't want or need. Our questions were answered and Mira was always a call or email away. Even with the Sunwing fiasco, Mira was able to get us rebooked and off to where we wanted to go. 15/10 recommend Mira, and Uniglobe on Circle. The best in the Biz.

Negative experience: Horrible experience dealing with UNIGLOBE - STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. I had book my flights in March 2022 with the help of Cordell and Karen, I was travelling to bring my parents in Canada, SK, but, my uncle got COVID and my parents decided that they cannot leave him like that and I had to postponed my trip, so I reached out to Karen about cancelling my tickets and will re-book again when I know my dates of travel, Karen told me that I won’t be getting the full refund as per the fare rules ( which I understand ) I was never given an option ( when I called her ) that if I cancel my tickets I’ll be charged a cancellation fee and get the balance refunded, I was told by Karen that my tickets are an open tickets which should be used by March 2023 and the full balance will be sitting a Credit with the airlines that I’ve to use by March 2023. I called Karen again to see if she was able to reach out to KLM and explain my situation for the refund, I was schoked by her reply, she told me that “ she has other important clients that she needs to take care of and will email me after talking to KLM, that was my last call to Karen and Uniglobe Travel. Few weeks ago I reached out to Karen again and asked her to see if she can talk to KLM but again the same reply from her ( I guess she was with new bookings and only wants to deal with IMPORTANT persons. I reached out to KLM myself and explained my family’s situation that my uncle died due to COVID followed by my cousin’s ( my uncle’s son ) death due to COVID and KLM understood and helped me and refunded me my money. I’ll never deal with a biased and ignorant Travel agency ever and will definitely spread the word. Thanks to KLM for being a human and ready to help me after understanding my situation. Till this date ( January 25th, 2024 ) no one has ever contacted me even to apologize for their ignorant behavior as this cheesey travel agency does not want to give back my booking fee they charge all the time.

Cordell Strachan is a very kind person who helped me book my Air Canada ticket and took the time to let me know the options about my booking and to select my seats for both ways and to book a wheelchair for me. As i wear an Air Cast Boot and partly blind. Also took the time to inform Air Canada about me been Allergic to all Nut products. If your looking to book any travel contact Cordell at UNIGLOBE.

Fantastic experience: Karen was amazing to work with. She advocated so hard for our refunds from our canceled March 2020 trip (due to COVID-19). It took 9 months, but she got us our refunds! We’re forever grateful. We will be utilizing her skills for future bookings once the pandemic is over.

Positive experience: I work with them alot when booking flights. Never disappointed. Lately I cancelled my ticket due to Covid back in March and we are still waiting for the refund from the airline. Either than that, I will still book my next flight with then. Karen is awesome and very responsive.

Fantastic experience: Uniglobe Carefree Travel Group has been our business and personal travel experts for many years. Recently Stephanie assisted in booking a family dream trip to Europe that had to unfortunately be cancelled because of Covid-19. Stephanie, Jamie and the entire group worked as much to ensure our needs were met after then cancellation as they did in advising us on reccomendations for the trip and initial booking. When the insurance company tried to get out of paying for the cancellation, the Uniglobe team worked hard and we were eventually refunded payment. For sure we will be using their services in the future.

Fantastic experience: Amanda at the UNIGLOBE on Circle Drive in Saskatoon was very helpful to us when planning and booking our trip. We dropped in to see her one day and she came up with several options for us because we weren't sure exactly what we wanted yet. Big resort? Smaller resort? Adults only or not? After mulling over the options for a while (our work schedules were crazy), she checked in with us about the options she'd sent and asked if there was anything else we'd like to consider. Not pushy, not a big sales pitch, which we appreciated. We narrowed down our options and eventually settled on Barcelo Maya Grand in the Riviera Maya. Amanda was great through the whole booking process, and she even provided information about excursions we could do while we were there. We booked two of them through her and she made that very easy as well. The day before we left for vacation, I had arranged to meet with Amanda to go over all of our travel documents and ensure we had everything we needed, which, turns out, I didn't. She printed the other papers off that we needed, and wished us bon voyage! And what a great vacation it was! Thanks so much for your help, Amanda! We had a lovely time in Mexico! Gracias!

Negative experience: We booked a family vacation here and none of the requests we made were completed being a suite with separate ground floor room didn’t happen and when booking were told just ask at the desk when you get there which didn’t change anything at all the ground floor room didn’t happen either nor it being our wedding anniversary during the trip nothing at all was mentioned to the resort while she made the booking not at all happy with paying a fee to ensure that these requests are completed as a travel company should know that the property we were booked into did not have any suites but the other resort of the same property did sadly we won’t be going back nor recommending this as where to go to book your vacation

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a last minute elopement to Jamaica with Correna Tymchen at UNIGLOBE Carefree Travel. Correna went above and beyond any expectation we had. She quite literally had our wedding booked and trip planned in less than a week! She was amazing to work with, full knowledge and expertise on destination weddings and the resort she recommended, the Zoetry Montego Bay, was the one we booked and we absolutely loved it. It was perfect. Not only did Correna book and plan our wedding in record time, she also was checking in with the resort while we there to make sure all was set for the wedding, how amazing is that :-) If anyone is looking at booking a destination wedding or an elopement, give Correna a call, she is outstanding! And Correna Tymchen, thank you so much for all of your help. I had no idea where to start when we decided to elope and you answered all of my questions, gave recommendations and helped make our dream wedding come true.

Positive experience: They can help you book a trip but beyond that nothing really stood out different than any other typical travel agency. Told them I was flexible with the dates and times to get the best deal and I ended up doing most of the groundwork. If you have a set date and time you want to go they could handle that for you but if you're looking for a trip and you want it cheaper might be better if you do the groundwork yourself.

Negative experience: Me and my family have bin dealing with uniglobe for about a year now in that year we have went on numerous trips threw uniglobe and have paid for others on these trips as well. The last trip we asked the lady at uniglobe to look up a price for us and my wife found a competitor who offered the trip for less money. So obviously we went with the competitor. We then again tried to go on another vaction after and called uniglobe again and asked for a price and they said they would not give us a price without having a deposit down. Because we waisted there time with the last trip. Think the lady's name was Trista besides the point I'm sure any one in this world will go the cheaper rout if there is one.
