Direct Travel - (Idylwyld) Saskatoon

Negative experience: We booked using the "Disney Expert" Jayli Allen. What a huge mistake and waste of money. I reached out to Jayli and gave her time to respond to my feelings and she didn't even bother to reply so I will turn to here to share how I will never recommend her or this travel agency. This was my very first trip ever and I thought booking thru an agent would have made it go well. Boy was I wrong. I was misquoted several times, every communication was riddled with errors, omissions and accounting issues. At one point she forgot to book a WHOLE PERSON. We had issues all 3 days we went to theme parks and issues with resort keys as she made errors booking. We asked for itenerary that never came just an accounting break down, she forgot to book a mobility device for us, so we had to book that ourselves. It was a gong show and a nightmare. I felt lost, overwhelmed and honestly it ruined our vacation. Jayli has been less than helpful and I will make sure everyone and anyone who asks about the trip knows to never deal here. We did get a small follow up from Angie Bree who did nothing to resolve anything for us and never answered my follow up email. I sent another one today 04/17/23 after no reply since 04/05/23. These agents DO NOT CARE once the trip is over.

Fantastic experience:

Negative experience: I had never been to a travel agency before but heard that I could show up without an appointment. So when I walked in, no one greeted me and a few workers looked at me as if I shouldn't be there. After an awkward moment, I said that I was there to talk to someone about a trip in January. One woman tentatively put up her hand and said she could help me. She took some details from me and said she would email me some options. It is 3 weeks later and I still haven't heard one word! Luckily that day I got a bad vibe and went to another agency. They helped me immediately, and even got my trip booked in one visit and had all sorts of helpful tips. I don't think I would go to Vision Travel ever again. Maybe it was an off day and at that place they don't do walk ins, but you don't contact someone ever again after they walk in your establishment! Overall, very disappointed.

Positive experience: Not called Marlin travel anymore it is now Vision travel
