Negative experience: I have dealt with sell off vacations in Saskatoon for the past 9 years. I had received excellent service and advice from Greg Klassen (retired) in the past, but was very disappointed this year dealing with Bonnie Morgan and her supervisor Amanda. We booked our holiday November 9 and when the price dropped for Black Friday sale, all they said was you booked your holiday in the right time to get price protection, but unfortunately your travel dates do not fit the criteria. It would have been nice to have been given advice that a sale was coming and we should wait to book. Anyway, my advice is to either book yourself or find a travel agent who may actually be able to help you, not just take your money.

Negative experience: Too busy to call back or email you the prices. Customer service is very bad.

Negative experience: Booked through this site and stayed at the rui jasico, Mexico. The service was terrible, NO AIR CONDITION IN THE ROOM, NO HOT WATER, HAD DRUNK MEXICANS BANGING ON THE DOOR 3AM,CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT HELP, THE RESTAURANTS MADE US WAIT 2 HOURS FOR A TABLE WHEN WE WERE TOLD we are next.watered down drinks.

Fantastic experience: Walked in, said I want a vacation for a week. Andrea was very helpful and I wouldn't have booked anything with Sunwing but it was 99.8% glitch free and would think about booking through her again. 2 days later on the flight.

Negative experience: Came here with my mom earlier this year to arrange for her trip back home in 2024. Initial appointment with Joanna was informative and straight forward. We were quoted but was waiting for some pending documents to be finalized and was told by them to reach out again once it was completed and they'd be happy to re-quote and book for us. 2 weeks later we went back to them ready to follow through and not a single response was heard back. Joanna was on holidays and had forwarding on to Amanda. So I followed up with Amanda, waited and got no response. Emailed again a couple more times after not hearing back over a span of a few weeks and was completely ghosted by them. Decided to take our business elsewhere if this is how they treat their customers. If that's their service at initial contact with clients I can't even imagine how it could have went if we followed through with them. Dodged a bullet.

Negative experience: I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Selloff. When ever I have tried to reach our agent, either phone or email, they don't respond for day if at all. I had to go over to the office and wait for hours to get answers for simple questions that easily could have been answered by phone or email. I used a travel agent to make my trip easier and less stressful. I has been more stressful using this agency. In hindsight it would have been way easier to manage and book my own holiday. I have had to book my own shuttle, ferry and rental cars myself. When I went to a travel agent I thought, was hoping, that this would be done as part of the service - - it was not. All they did was take me money and then left me on my own to struggle through my making my own arrangement for the eight of us going on our holiday to Cozumel. I will doing my own planning next time from the start as it turns out ended up having to do my own planning anyway. That was I don't have to make phone calls and e-mails to a travel agency that doesn't respond.

Fantastic experience: We are extremely appreciative of the service we were provided today by Joanne Latimer from the Saskatoon office. She was the best booking agent we have ever worked with and we have travelled a lot! She was patient, cheerful, professional, competent, knowledgeable. I could go on. Thank you Joanne for an excellent experience. You went above and beyond. The price we paid for our vacation was the lowest we found after checking multiple websites. Great job all around! Today we had to call Sell off again , we dealt with a very rude agent by the name is Anna, she constantly kept telling us she couldnt help us and when we asked what do we do then ? she would reply why are you being so rude to me talking not nice to me!!!! After about 10 mins of us being accused of being rude she then reached out to a manager in Saskatoon by the name of Kim Johnson. I have to say that Kim has been the ONLY AGENT AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS that has been nice to us , treated us with respect, actually helped us with the issues we been having with Sell Off and it was a pleasure to finally after weeks of dealing with sell off to be treated with respect and kindness. Fantastic experience: We booked with Amanda. Our Sunwing flight was cancelled out of Saskatoon so Amanda helped transfer our booking through Calgary. Our flight out of Calgary was cancelled due to cartel issues in Mexico. Amanda once again stepped up and assisted us in rebooking to a different destination while we were sitting at the Calgary airport. If it wasn't for her, we probably wouldn't have had our winter vacation. Amanda was also very understanding with my stress and anxiety with scrambling to get everything sorted out. She did offer extra insurance through Manual Life... but we declined as we did not need it as we have a Cadillac plan through work! Always good know though... never travel without ! Fantastic experience: I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Mexico. Before booking I was looking for an travel agent who is knowledgeable, patient and professional. I was lucky enough to get all 3 with Amanda Moshenko. Amanda was incredible, she provided details of the Breathless resort in Puerto Morelos, in regards to what I should expect and the kinds of accommodations that my package would include. I originally wanted to go early in July, but I felt like it just wasn’t a good time to visit (elections). I ended up contacting Amanda the week after everything had finished, but to my disappointment, every package we searched for was much higher than what I was going to pay when I first inquired. I was discouraged. Amanda assured me that she would continue to look for packages for me and notify me about the first one she came across that was within my budget. Although she is a professional and very experienced with travel, I was beginning to feel like I wasn’t going to be able to take my traditional summer vacation. A week and a half before my trip, Amanda sent me an email containing a package for a price that was within my budget and flight times that matched my schedule perfectly. I couldn’t hesitate. The following day I called her and it was set. I ended up having a blast in Mexico, at the Breathless Riviera. Everything was amazing, food, staff and suite quality. If I book for Mexico again I will definitely be looking there first. I was extremely satisfied and impressed with how diligent Amanda was in trying to find me a good package during such a high season. She stayed positive and was always uplifting during our conversations. I live in Toronto, but I will absolutely be contacting her for my next vacation.
