Roxanne is so easy to talk to and always available to answer my questions and provide helpful advice. Her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile makes travel booking easy and stress-free. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Eastside Travel over the past 19 yrs and highly recommend Roxanne to anyone in the market for an amazing travel agent!

Fantastic experience: Roxanne is amazing. I don’t know any other travel agent who would answer their phone first thing Christmas Eve morning, as well as Christmas Day morning to help out with my delayed flights and to figure out what was going on/get me a refunded trip as well as set up and booked for another trip asap. She’s always right there when you need her with an extremely quick response time. And she does whatever she can for her clients! 10/10 would recommend as she goes above and beyond ☺️

Fantastic experience: Roxanne is the absolute best❤️she goes above and beyond to make your travel experience amazing. No other travel agent gives their all answering your panicked calls on Christmas eve AND Christmas day as your distraught daughter's flight has been canceled/postponed yet AGAIN!! She gave up what should have been celebrating the holidays with family to be on hold with Sunwing and totally revamping and rebooking. No one else would make themselves available 24/7 like she does. She definitely stands out from the restcontact Roxanne for all your travel needs you will not be disappointed.

Negative experience: Strongly urge nobody to deal through this agent. Spent three hours at the airport waiting for a name change, and was not able to board!! Had to be rebooked at my own cost! The airline charged me a $300 cancellation + $50 name change plus the airfare difference ($300), she refused to split or pay even tho it was her error! Once on the flight 3 days after my original departure date we notice that the return tickets had been changed without our knowledge or consent!! Would give 0 stars if possible!! Strongly urge not to deal with!
