Fantastic experience: I had to travel for my grandmothers funeral last minute, wasn’t sure I could be there then I found swoop with a $130 return flight, that made it possible for me to go so I am very happy with that. There was no extras and for that price I don’t expect any, I can bring my own food and drink, the new 737 max is a really nice plane. The overhead bins are awesome fit so much in there now, I don’t mind paying for what I choose to bring on the plane so the extra fees for carryon is fine with me. The flight left on time and arrived on time, the flight crew was very nice so for me I am giving Swoop five stars for being there when I needed to get somewhere quickly and affordably. Thank you Swoop your aces in my book!

Fantastic experience: Good value

Positive experience: Although we were notified that the return flight was postponed for one day, the flights are punctual in taking off and landing. The airline should improve their customer service by offering a free hotline instead of an automated message system, which loops automated replies again and again. The ground workers and the flight attendants are very friendly and polite.
