Fantastic experience: Having Ashley as a Travel Agent made a breeze out of what could have been a travel nightmare. During a recent vacation, the airlines continually altered departure times, dates, and routes, from months through hours before departure. One airline even cancelled a flight entirely, which forced me to purchase a second flight. Ashley quickly and seemlessly managed to find me the best available alternative flights at no additional charge, and even worked with the airline to refund me for the cancelled flight. She is a highly experienced, competent and professional Travel Agent, and I will certainly be booking with her again. Her service deserves SIX out of five stars!

When our last flight home was canceled due to weather, Ashley was on top of finding the replacement flights we needed, even before I knew our flight was canceled. My situation was a little complicated as I was switching flights around and working with a few different forms of travel credits and points. After our discovery call she presented me with a couple options, places she had actually visited and that met my wish list. Positive experience: We were pretty lost trying to plan our destination wedding until we found Ashley and she found us our resort in a heartbeat based on a few things we wanted. Her knowledge from her own experiences was valuable, she was quick to communicate and would always manage to ease my anxiety as the trip was upcoming. Fantastic experience: We have booked a handful of vacations through Ashley and have been so impressed time and time again. Ashley is professional, responsive, and incredibly well versed in all aspects of travel. During our last trip our flight home was cancelled as we were in the middle of our final day at Disneyland. Ashley jumped into action and not only rebooked our flights, but also extended our hotel stay and car rental. Fantastic experience: Ashley is a fantastic travel agent. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very easy to work with. Ashley helped us book a trip to Hawaii and the Cook Islands. She helped with excursions, insurance, seat selections etc. She was great!! On the day of our trip of course the was flight problems and without Ashley we would have been screwed. Ashley got us there (unfortunately 2 days later) and helped us keep our spirits up. She even managed to get one of our excursion operators to pick us up at the airport. Fantastic experience: We loved working with Ashley for our destination wedding/vacation in Cancun! Ashley came to us highly recommended by my best friend who had previously worked with Ashley for her friends' vow renewal in Mexico. She asked such insightful questions to narrow down what we didn’t even know that we wanted in our vacation and provided fantastic options for us. I truly think no matter which option we would’ve went with, we would’ve had a fantastic time! Fantastic experience: We used Ashley on our trip to Mexico in January 2024. We were over 26 hours delayed coming home, Ashley answered all of my texts, had us tentatively booked on alternate flights back to Canada, and suggested a hotel to go to instead of whatever Sunwing was sending us too. Ashley also kept us updated on any other information she could find through flight tracking apps and information from other travel agents who had clients on our flight. She truly took care of us and made it less scary to be trapped in Cancun. She woke up at 5:30 am the morning our delayed flight was supposed to leave to check in with us to see if we were coming home. We will be using her for all of our travel going forward. We truly cannot thank you enough for your hard work, patience and care.

Fantastic experience: We have now used Ashley for vacation booking twice. Once to a hot destination with our family and once for a family Disney vacation. Both times she was absolutely great to work with. Our budget and requests were always taken into consideration. She offered a lot of info which really helped us make our decision and had no problem going back to research more if it didn't totally match up with what we wanted. Fantastic experience: 1st review (May 2023): Wyndham Alltra Vallarta in Nuevo Vallarta. My first international / hot vacation planned by this amazing lady! She picked best place for me and my boyfriend for good price. The resort was amazing, the food and staff were amazing also. We had lots of ocean views from our balcony. Best first hot international vacation! Will continue to book with her always! 2nd review (July 2024): Canto Del Sol in Puerto Vallarta. This was booked by her colleague, Toby. When we arrived to Canto Del Sol, we were immediately impressed. The staff were so good to us. The hotel is so beautiful. The room was so beautiful. We were nervous at first as it didn’t give us a description or photos of what our room would look like. There were palm trees and lots of beautiful flowers and plants everywhere. There were two rooms. One room with 2 double beds and a bathroom. Our room had king size bed and our own private bathroom. Nice living room/kitchen area and own balcony with nice views. We could see a little bit of the ocean. The restaurants were so nice too. We were only given 2 fancy restaurant reservations for supper. We did the Italian and Mexican one. Both so good, and options for gluten free. The main restaurant we ate at for breakfast and lunch and could see the ocean from where we sat. The pools were so beautiful also. Lots of fun activities to do at resort all day but we didn’t do any because we kept exploring off resort. The kids loved the pools, they swam in all of them. What a beautiful, peaceful and friendly experience we had at this resort. Thanks Toby for making our first international blended family vacation dreams come true!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Iberostar Suites in Jamaica for our wedding. We had 40+ Guests and I can 100% say there was not one complaint of a bad meal. My husband and I recently went on a short holiday and booked with Ashley, and I am so thankful I did! Not only does she take care of everything you need beforehand - flights, hotel, activities, insurance, but we ran into trouble coming home and our flight was canceled. She took care of us - booked return flights and the booking of our hotel for the extra night. And she has been ever-so-helpful with the insurance claims we have had to do afterwards. We haven’t travelled in a long time and it was a relief to have Ashley’s knowledge at our fingertips - she was very responsive to emails & texts. I won’t book travel without Ashley helping me again!

Fantastic experience: Ashley has become my go-to for all trip planning/booking. She always finds the right fit whether it is a family trip or our most recent relaxing adults only vacation. She recommended the perfect spot in the Dominican Republic. The beach was perfect sand and amazing green blue ocean. The resort had beautiful rooms and amenities. We had a swim up room that was amazing. We are already talking about when we can go back or taking the kids to the family friendly sister resort that we also had access to. Ashley makes all the organizing stress free and I know that I have someone in my corner if any issues arise. I will keep coming back to her for every trip.

Fantastic experience: The easiest most convenient bookings have always been through Ashley. We travelled to Hyatt Ziva in PV in January of this year (2023) and after about 7 years of not travelling and feeling out of the loop of the dos and don’ts, Ashley exceeded our expectations. She was quick and efficient and so helpful when it came to all travelling tips! Peace of mind knowing that we had her in our back pocket relieved so much added stress that can come with travelling and booking on your own. When we booked this trip we had plans to surprise great friends who were travelling down at the same time as us and even though I told her this was on us and not her (in fear of them finding out through mutual connections) she pulled ALL the stops to help make sure the secret was not reviled until we arrived at the airport- which I will add is not in her job description. But this just goes to show how she really cares and appreciates her clients. This lady is driven, passionate and such a gem of a person. 10/10 recommend inquiring with Ashley the next time you are considering booking a trip.

Fantastic experience: After a long hard road of finding resorts, cancelling, rebooking, cancelling again and finally booking our final destination. We are home from Royalton Bavaro Punta Cana… the resort was a perfect fit to our family! Ashley is a dream to work with and full of knowledge. Fantastic experience: We booked our trip to Japan with Ashley. This was a last minute decision and we didn't have anything planned.
