Negative experience: Worst service i ever had. I cancelled my my flight ahead of time and nita claimed my refund for $504 and but only send me $153 which was even after 1 year of my cancellation as i am asking for the remaining and she is refusing to do so because she said airline only refund $153 and as i am emailing them back and forth but they are not replying back because i paid them while book the flight. So, they are responsible for the refund.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. Like you better off finding someone else than giving your time and money to these guys. I spoke with Tejal to ask for options on all inclusive, she took 3 days to provide me option and then never picked up my call for till now. Then I spoke to neeta, she took 3 days and sent me 1 option, like what? I could have found 1 option myself, what is the point of having a travel agency. Then called back to complaint and tell them that what kind of service is this as I wasted my 2 weeks and told yhem I will put a bad review if they cant take accountability and they were like sure you can put a bad review no problem. So you figure out yourself if you really wanna put your time and efforts to this agency, there are 100's of other agencies who can give you better service and prices.

Negative experience: Very Very bad service, especially lady name Nita. Every time you call her and she put you on hold and she never come back on line. She literally makes you wait over the phone and after holding line some time force you to hung up the phone. Dont bother to call them. They dont need your business. I see lot of fake google review out here with five stars. They deserve Zzzzzzzero star.

Negative experience: Poor customer service level. When booking the tickets they don't provide all the details with respect to document requirements. Whole purpose is to just to book ticket and charge money, when we needed the assistance there were no urgency to help, we end up coming the airlines on our own to make the changes which costed us thousands of dollars. Absolutely disastor, will never recommend them to anyone else. Do not use them.

The agent 'Saad' was very patient, clearly understood the needs, clearly communicated the limitations of tickets, cancelation policy etc. It's very rare for the agent to pay attention to all the details. I have been a customer since long and never had the need to look for any other travel agency. 5 stars hands down. Best travel agency that I have worked with. Yes, they will always have my business unless someone terribly messes things up.

Absoutely do not recommend this travel agency - charged my parents over $500 to a flight ticket change with a sense of urgency. Negative experience: Very bad service. As a passenger we expect that these guys should have some immigration knowledge. Because of this my parents could not board flight from ahmedabad. And they have to purchase tickets after some days and reached canada. Their level of service is a disaster, keeps us waiting over phone for looooong time,,,,,, Overall my experience with quick travels was very bad. I will not recommend to anyone,,,,,,

Negative experience: Some of the service is good as I call on their service number they are treating well but I have a very bad experience with one of the employee who is working there. I booked my ticket for my wife. Due to weather issue in my connecting flight place our flight was cancelled. So airlines provided us different flight directly to Mumbai from Toronto. Now due to weather issue again our this flight also late from Toronto so it arrived in Bombay late. Now due to late flight our connecting flight was missed. Now there is no other way for airlines people to accommodate her. Now I am new in this situation so I am calling this travel agent with whome we booked our ticket but she is not picking up my call putting me on hold. My wife was alone there we don't understand what we will do in this situation. But this agent Even not picking up call. I am trying to call her almost 15 to 20 times but still that agent Even didn't care for my call and didn't gave me any single response. Even she didn't realize that I should call him after this much of call from my side. This is my baddest experience ever since I came to Canada.

Positive experience: We have been dealing with Quick Travels since 1981. They are really great at getting great deals. Overall all experience with them is great except one thing is that sometime when we call them there is really long wait time and also they need to improve on their follow ups. Other than that they are really good. Manojbhai and team are doing great at their service.

Negative experience: There is no harm is saying 'I don't know'. Because of your incompetence, my mother in law was stuck in Turkey for 24 hours with no shelter, no food and no drink. She does not speak English and we had no way of reaching out to her. Stop worrying about 'Quick Sales'. Educate yourself before answering a question.
