Negative experience: If I could rate the service I received from this company I would give zero . Sally Sisco, took days to return my emails. Once I was able to speak with her, she booked a cruise, without first sourcing out if I could get a flight from Toronto, to where the ship embarked. She's the professional, I went to her for advise. No explanation offered to me regarding, cancellation or what cancellation policy were. Imagine paying in full for a service and when realizing that she couldn't find a flight for the cruise within 3 days I was out of Pocket for $400 dollars. Please don't use this company, call the cruise line and book yourself. A milestone Birthday celebration is in ruins because of the ineptness of this woman. Or perhaps it was a scam at this point I cannot be sure. And please beware Expedia Cruise and Expedia the travel company are not the same. They are not affiliated. Don't be fooled.

Negative experience: Don't bother coming to this location and expect to be taken care of. All John did was book the cruise, hotel and flight... I could have done that all on my own. John provided no helpful information, tips or guidance. He misled us big time... oh and for anyone else wanting to book a cruise, pay your gratuities upfront and upgrade all packages prior to going on ship or they will charge you more. This is something John didn't seem to care to mention or know - surprising for a franchise owner, no?

Fantastic experience: I have booked several trips with Mitch Champagne including just recently he recommended the Celebrity Ascent Cruise ship... We were on its 3 rd sailing, the ship was top 1%, the Entertainment was world class, and the food was exceptional. Mitch attended to all our needs prior to boarding the ship and always responded quickly and professionally... Totally recommend Mitch and his staff they are top 1% in knowledge of all the products they sell and top 1% in customer service

Negative experience: I’ll probably be his first bad review! Hope not the last. No service at all! He only cares about a commission. So disappointed. You may as well book direct with cruise line or find another travel agent that cares.
