Fantastic experience: I have used Flight Center for the past 6 vacations and can't say enough positive things about my experience. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bree Yardley multiple times, Bree is attentive and works very hard to get us what we are looking for on budget. She is there when we need help, and always willing to put in the time to get us the best trip. Most recently I booked Mexico with Carly who was also very helpful in booking and planning and getting us on great flights to a great resort, she put in the time over the phone to ensure we knew what we were booking and that it met all our needs. The team is a great resource as well with so many customers trips they are able to provide honest feedback on resorts and locations based off actual customer reviews. 10/10 recommend the team at Flight Center!!

We wanted to book a trip in the Cancún/riviera maya region, and Carly had the expertise to truly understand what we were looking for. Negative experience: I would give a zero star review If I could. I went into the store twice and gave my information. I even sat down briefly and gave a description of the vacation I wanted to book for me and my family. They said they would get back to me with details. It's now been over 2 weeks, and they never got back to me. It's a shame, as I was ready to book and pay for a vacation that would cost $10,000.00 plus. I went with Westjet Vacations instead.

Negative experience: By law all travel agencies are to inform all customers about the Visitax(Mexico) and to also provide a legitimate safe web site where this tax can be payed.

Fantastic experience: What a trip! We did an Asia trip for 5 weeks and we can’t say enough great things about Thomas from Flight centre. He arranged an amazing trip starting with an adventure through Intrepid for 18 days. Then on to Thailand Phuket followed by Japan. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Flight Center Orchard Park. They were very resourceful and responsive to my needs as a client. They saved me $$ in the long run by recommending a more sensible option for transportation (around Europe) than I originally had in mind. I was going to take the Eurorail between London and Paris but it was cancelled at the last second from the Chunnel being sabotaged. I had no options and Flight Center came to my rescue. They immediately contacted the travel insurance and told us of our insurance coverage. They booked a flight and hotel in little to no time. Hats off to Flight Center, for making me beyond satisfied with their customer service.

Negative experience: This place has worse ever that never see before, we booked the ticket then wildfire in kelowna we canceled it . They lied & no response to air canada to get the refund. We must contacted them every second day to get the money back. We never come there again to buy tickets. Hi everyone do not come there to buy the tickets.

I didn’t have a good experience with another travel agent because she made me search how much each gift card was ( I had 5 ) that I was using, but when I spoke to Carly, she did absolutely everything for me and make sure everything was perfect. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better travel agent.! I will definitely be using her in the future She goes above and beyond for her clientele

Fantastic experience: We booked our vacation to St Lucia in late February with Carly. Unfortunately a huge snow storm cancelled our connecting flights in Toronto which ultimately cut our vacation in half when Westjet rebooked them several days later. It took a few days of fanangling on line and on the phone to sort things out and negotiate with Westjet to make everything work out. We ultimately made it to St Lucia and even extended our stay. Carly is the consummate professional in every aspect. Despite how stressed we were with fixing things for our vacation she remained a professional and friendly person to deal with in every way. We highly recommend booking your vacation with her !!!

Fantastic experience: Quick, can do walk in as available, or their call centre will set it all up and you can go in to pay. Or set it all up and you can pay by credit card. So happy to find them, the 4 other travel agents I called had a 2 week wait to book a flight.

Fantastic experience: Dear Candice, I just needed to take a minute to give you some love about our epic trip to East Canada. You created such an incredible itinerary for us with all the pre-arranged extra excursions to keep us rolling along. I definitely feel like we saw so much and my memories of the trip will be held dear forever. So many bucket list activities achieved. You were absolutely right in that PEI took my breath away. Our time there was an absolute highlight. All the Anne of Green Gables stuff was a life thrill for me and you already know I cried with happiness throughout that whole musical!! Our “rustic” Rustico cabin was our whole family’s favourite stop in the 3.5 weeks and it meant something different for all of us. The kids loved meeting other families staying in the cabins and spent the days playing in the giant sandpit, swinging in the hammock and making s’mores each night on the campfire. For me, it made my heart burst to see my babies racing around barefoot on soft, green Canadian grass and having joyous grubby faces covered in sticky marshmallow. These memories are purely Canadian and nothing in Australia can ever replace those. The smell of the campfire in their hair and the glorious PEI sunsets never failed to thrill me. Thank you for helping us change our itinerary to include the Cabot Trail. The scenery was absolutely awesome and the kids travelled well. We were so stoked to have travelled by foot, car, taxi, van, bus, boat, train, plane and helicopter!!! Staying at the Chateau Frontenac was also incredible. It really was a pinch yourself kind of place and absolutely “Fairmont” at its best. I loved how European it felt and have to admit I was rather ignorant to how French Quebec actually is!! Hard to believe that is in Canada when you live in BC. Another bucket list – Niagara Falls and going on the Hornblower at the bottom of the falls. I had wanted to do that since I was a kid and it exceeded all my expectations. We didn’t realise what “Great Wolf Lodge” really was until arriving there and we certainly ended our trip with a BANG and the kids minds were officially blown!! Thanks too, for helping Miriam get to the tennis in Toronto. For her that was a dream come true to see Serena Williams play. It was a HUGE trip and in truth, I’m glad we are home!! Not to say I’m not looking forward to Alaska – I most definitely am and will see you tomorrow to get ourselves organised for the final hurrah of our amazing Summer 2019 care of the best travel agent ever!!

We were booking for spring break and expecting to pay much more and at flight center Kelowna they were able to recommend CABO SAN LUCAS. Fantastic experience: Candice Deba aided my partner and myself arrange for a dream trip to Disneyland and Catalina Island for Christmas. There were some delays and hiccups along the way but she took everything in stride. Grade A professionalism and a real sense of caring for your travels. Felt like she really wanted to help us have a fulfilling trip and she got excited right along with us. Travelling these days, even taking any sort of vacations can be a huge undertaking and a huge expense, and while it might be obvious that a person in the travel industry would, it really felt like she got how big of a deal this was for us. It's not just another trip here or there, it's not mundane. Candice was vital in reducing a lot of logistical stresses in terms of transportation, and not just the air travel; between three airports, two cities, two hotels and an entire day's excursion I'm absolutely sure I would have needed a vacation, after planning this vacation, had we attempted doing it ourselves. Five days away from departure, and it might be my brain trying to catch up with reality, but I'm so happy to not be worried about the actual A-to-B-etc. travel part (for once). Absolute top notch value for our money! We look forward to contacting her again in the future the next time an opportunity arises.

After an initial meeting, she arranged flights, transport and accomodation for us which suited us to a T. We went to South Africa, India and the Maldives. Candice arranged our itinerary, which was complex as it involved car rentals, appropriate places to stay, a safari, a group tour and visas. During the trip, we were able to communicate with Candice and she was able to help half a world away. We are very pleased with her and the Flight Center office at Mission Park.
