Emer MacLennan was amazing. She helped us plan a trip to Vegas and everything went so great. We have not travelled very much so I was nervous and worried about everything. But Emer told us about the things to do there and what to do when we got to the airport and put my mind at ease. So happy and grateful for Emer’s help. Negative experience: My partner and i showed up,given the impression that they were open but, came to find the door was locked with no sign on the door, when the manager pops out of her car saying they were closed due to shortage of staff. Instead of showing any interest in helping us out( since we were already there,along with her in the driveway) she just continued to sit in her car,smoking a cigarette. Will not even think about coming here again! Luckily we found better service elsewhere.

After arranging our trip she followed up asking if we aware of all COVID policies and adviced us based on them. Fantastic experience: Leanne was so helpful. I contacted her way before my vacation and told her what we were planning. She provided options for resorts and ideas and I told her I'd be in touch when I was ready to book. Life threw a few wrenches and my travel plans completely changed, I felt like a nightmare client but Leanne didn't seem phased. She was super helpful. Booked us an amazing resort and gave lots of tips for how to get the best bang for our buck. Due to weather our flight ended up getting delayed and we missed a day of our vacation, we declined the travel insurance through Sell Off because we have great travel insurance on our credit card. I let leanne know about the delay and she helped us book a last minute hotel and looked into extending our stay to make up for the missed vacation day. All around absolutely amazing service.

Due to a problem with their website, Air Canada charged me twice for the same vacation. I called to talk to a representative named Chelsea, and she immediately sorted the problem for me without any worry of extra deposit charges. Fantastic experience: Went in with a few friends to book an all-inclusive in the Dominican Republic. The agent, Ms. Rowsell, was able to find and offer a better package in 20 minutes than I had been able to find in 3 days of searching online. Despite a rather rocky couple of months in the exact composition of our group she has been understanding and helpful, transparent with price demands and what to expect. This has taken a lot of guess work out of the process and for that we are fortunate. Selloff is a Westjet company so at least you know you'll be paired with one of the more reputable airlines too, and they are able to tap into the network of Westjet reps and resources on the resorts.

Fantastic experience: The service I experienced at the sell off location was perfection. All staff were friendly professional and knowledgeable, the office itself was very clean and bright and inviting. My travel supervisor's name was Ashley Stamp and she was phenomenal. Very efficient, personable, extremely patient and knowledgeable and meticulously detailed. She made sure we knew all of our options including little extras like the Mobay VIP experience and Elite plus, which was well worth the extra cash. Once we arrived and realized what the VIP experience included we were immediately grateful. Ashley followed up with us after our trip and also worked with my now fiancé to arrange a beautiful sunset dinner on the beach beforehand and was in touch with the hotel to ensure everything was going according to plan. She really took the extra step and we cannot recommend or praise her enough. We will be travelling again for our wedding in April 2019 and we will be booking through Ashley Stamp Selling Supervisor at Sell Off Vacations.

Negative experience: Poor poor poor service....i had to cancel my trip due to medical reasons...purchased 100% money back guarantee insurance no questions asked. Well i had answer many many questions a butt load of paper work and 6 weeks later still nothing. Very frustrating to say the least.
