Negative experience: Taking time to brief clients thoroughly is a must.. not sure we will ever be using Expedia again.. spent a lot of money for a cruise.. to be sitting over an engine… which we had no idea our cabin was.. oh well.. communication is important.

Chantal spend some time getting to know us & and our trip planning "took off" from there. Fantastic experience: We recently booked a cruise for march sailing. We dealt with Karen the manager and found her excellent to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Her followup on questions was prompt and ever since the booking she has kept in touch with updates. She got us a great price on the cruise we wanted and with some additionàl perks we didn't expect. We are seasoned travelers and I must say this was a good experience. I would highly recommend them if u are booking a cruise
