She listened to my needs perfectly and selected a location, resort and package that was exactly as needed. Beautiful property with excellent food and service, and best of all, all significant decisions made in advance, so this all-inclusive vacation would be worry-free. Fantastic experience: Ryan Lohnes booked our family vacation to Punta Cana..he took care of everything and fixed any problem,no matter how last minute, without any hesitation! Communication with Ryan was extremely easy and pretty much available anytime I needed him....which was often! LoL. Fantastic experience: It's such an easy thing to do, without costing you a penny extra. USE A TRAVEL AGENT! Your travel agent will not only work tirelessly to find you the perfect vacation, but they will be your advocate if you run into troubles along the way. I have used the Expedia Cruises Center in Saint John, NB for some years now. I'm always impressed that many times, they have first-hand experience at places where I'm looking to go. I always appreciate their advice and recommendations when looking for a place to visit.

Fantastic experience: We took a cruise through Expedia and travel consultant Carole Dube did an excellent job as booking through her was easy and worry free. Carole was great to work with as she is very informative and prompt answering our questions. We'll definitely use Carole again for our next adventure.

Fantastic experience: We booked a girls trip to Cuba this past winter with Carole Dubé and she was amazing. I am not an experienced traveller so it was a relief to have her take care of every detail of the trip and all I had to do was show up at the airport! The resort she recommended in Cuba (The Royalton) did not disappoint and we had zero issues with our flights. Fantastic experience: Carole Dubé organized a 10-day trip from Nice to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The hotels and transportation were planned, allowing me to travel without worries. Following her advice, once on-site, it was easy to travel from one city/village to another.

Fantastic experience: The Expedia Rep that we used, Carole Dubé, was awesome. We booked a Caribbean cruise through her and she was so helpful getting us through the process and troubleshooting for us when our flights got delayed and then re-routed. Fantastic experience: Our group (20) totally enjoyed a 13-day Mediterranean Cruise in early May 2023. The cruise was bookended with 3-day stays in both Barcelona and Venice.. The whole trip was organized and managed by Carolyn MacKay of Expedia. She was able to assist us in all aspects of our trip. Her attention to detail coupled with her experience took a lot of the stress out of the whole process. The ship was the Celebrity Constellation, a mid-sized ship (~2200 passengers). Although the ship was older (but recently renovated) it, its staff, amities and food were all great. Great experience - highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Mediterranean cruise on Celebrity Beyond (Italy, Greece, Turkey). Carolyn MacKay of Expedia Cruises Saint John was our travel advisor. Carolyn is an experienced traveler with a tremendous knowledge of many destinations and has arranged several trips for us. Carolyn has a strong attention to detail and every step in the trip was well planned to minimize stress and maximize predictability. Recommended hotel locations are in the 'right' places to make the most out of a city visit and minimize travel hassles. Her network of contacts has great value and she has arranged some memorable excursions for us. For example, we spent three days in Rome pre-trip and had a wonderful experience including a Hidden Gems tour with Luca the driver. Luca also picked us up at the airport and later took us to the cruise port. Luca is one of Carolyn 's contacts and treated us like family including 'traditional' meals and an entertaining commentary. Fantastic experience: Not sure where to start when describing one of the many trips we have booked though Carolyn McKay… most recent trip was a 13 day Mediterranean cruise with a 3-day pre visit to Barcelona followed by a 3-day post visit to Venice. BTW, I’m still having dreams of Venice!! There were approx 20 people in our group of acquaintances and friends but by the end of the cruise we were all friends! As for the Mediterranean cruise itself… outstanding!!! Every day was a new adventure. Would have to say that our rainy stop n Montenegro was very memorable… our guide for the day (and with Carolyn’s help) spontaneously changed the itinerary. Instead of a walkabout around the city… we were whisked off to the guides home where we toured his families prosciutto smokehouse… just imagine the smells! Then we were treated to fresh prosciutto, home made bread, cheese, wine and spirts. All while sitting by a wood stove for warmth from the cool rain. Thank you Carolyn! Enjoy my pics

Fantastic experience: We had the best of service from Carolyn MacKay in booking our trip, and in assisting in a major problem of flight cancellation while over seas. We knew it was a bit dicey as international air travel resumed and chose to book our European destination through Carolyn. Sure enough we ran into a cancelled flight that could have ruined our expensive vacation and family visit. We ran into phone access difficulty but we're able to reach Carolyn by social media. The problem was solved quickly with her direct access to Air Canada, salvaging our trip and allowing us to relax into the rest of our time away. Certainly with air travel in flux we would definitely make arrangements through Carolyn on upcoming trips.

Fantastic experience: We could NOT have done our recent trip to Mexico without the help of Expedia CruiseShipCenter. More importantly they were there for us when we had a problem with the hotel...the hotel claimed that my daughter was booked as an infant and wanted to charge us more money. Carolyn made sure this did NOT happen! I would highly recommend using them...they were great to deal with to book and saved the day when we got there!

Fantastic experience: September 23, 2018 we left for Scenic Cruising "The Inside Passage" Alaska with the Holland America Line. The scenery on our cruise was nothing less than spectacular, the weather was favorable, and trip plan was well executed. Our experience with Holland America was flawless, the food was exceptional, staff helpful and friendly, accommodations more than comfortable, although we didn't spend much time in our room. A schedule of events was provided every day, in such a professional manner, and so many choices of beautiful events, and we did as many as we could. The entertainment selections were beyond what we expected, professional all the way. I would highly recommend this cruise with Holland America, it was a wonderful experience, loved Juneau, Ketchikan, Edicott Arm, Skagway and we had the best Wild Alaskan Salmon ever. A Chocolate Surprise was provided one evening, believe me, it was so tasty, everyone was smiling. Thank you to the staff on-line that provided me answers to any questions I had, they were so friendly and helpful, thank you to Expedia in Saint John, NB ... Norma spent lots of time making sure we were confident that we had made the right decision with our choice of cruise and the Holland America Line.
