Negative experience: My first experience going in - "Manager" was seated and talking on the phone (probably with a customer) - she never even asked me to have a seat - even after she finished her call. I was there for about 15 mins, asked for prices on flights to go abroad, but it seemed she didn't want my business as i only got back 1-2 word answers from her all the time and was then told it would be cheaper online. I asked if i could have a price anyway, she took down my phone number and email, but never heard back from her. It was a trip worth at least $5,000 for myself, wife and kids. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I'm glad i found out now before i made the booking. Never going back, would rather take my business elsewhere!
