Fantastic experience: We booked a cruise with Ineke. The cruise company itself had many issues, but no fault of Elgin Travel. We have booked many trips with Ineke and she is great. Answers all your questions and if she doesn’t know, she inquires and gets back to you. As the trip gets closer, she makes sure you have all the paperwork for your trip. If available, she finds options for you to choose from. We will absolutely book more trips with her. Ineke you rock!!!!

Negative experience: Service was not good at all.... Took days to get back to me for simple questions.. Then got close to booking and asked for a different day of travel and never heard back from them, completely ghosted me. I would not deal with them ever again as my trust is gone from this organization. Truly an awful customer experience!!!

Positive experience: Always book with elgin travel. I use online though as we were charged the 50$ fee twice as there was two of us booking the same trip. Not exactly happy about that but i just stick to booking online. But always have the best experience purchasing tickets with elgin travel, i wont use any other travel site! So happy to have the chance to be able to support them from home!

Fantastic experience: I book through these guys online site. It is straight forward and easy to use or if you want to pay just a little extra they will take care of the whole process. Booked in office my first time and was extra $50 but was walked through the site and educated on the most important points. Great for first timers who would like help booking and even better for regular travellers who are confident to use the online booking services. Thanks for all the great memories 8 trips and counting.
