Fantastic experience: Went there to get an international drivers license and passport photos. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They served us in both languages! They have a huge selection of travel accessories, and everything was reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: I was not able to access any of the CAA office in Ottawa (they’re not opened and only on-line services were available), so came to this office in Gatineau; it was conveniently located and the staff was most friendly and helpful, they ‘re thoroughly bilingual and I had no trouble, being only fluent in English myself.

Young lady was very informative and knowledgeable. Took her time explaining and understanding what packages they have to offer and which package is best for us. Very impressed with the services they offer.
