Fantastic experience: Last month I went in to Flight Center to help my grandfather book flights and a car rental for a trip for him to visit his sister in Ontario. Even though we didn't have an appointment Valery Senyk was kind enough to help us out. She was very kind and very patient with my grandfather whose cognitive abilities were starting to go. She helped him find the most direct and cheapest flights and car available. I cannot thank her or this business enough for the kindness and exceptional customer service we received. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I just booked a month long Euro vacation through the Flight Centre in Victoria B.C. They are all likely great to deal with but if you can meet with Nate . He was very switched on and knew exactly what to do and where to look for flights and car rental. He was professional and quick. We had previously attended another agency in Victoria and the head scratching was unbearable. Just call the Flight Centre and ask for Nate.

Positive experience: Despite shortages of staff during peak travel times, I feel I was given reasonable attention. Staff are knowledgeable and work hard to meet your needs. The agent I was working with seemed genuinely invested in making sure the vacation was a success. The manager and agent I worked with, to address some of the issues I faced at the resort, could have passed me off to the airline company. Instead they both worked with me to resolve the problems. To me that showed excellence in customer satisfaction. I'll definitely use their services again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Val @ the Vic office absolutely nailed it booking our trip to Holbox, Mx. We usually do ourselves, but for this trip we were having a hard time finding good connections and a decent, affordable place to stay that wasn't full of murky reviews. Our hotel was awesome, and our flights were as routing and time-friendly as they could be, all of it cheaper than our best efforts.

Negative experience: No call back after 5 days. Lost my business.

Fantastic experience: Valery at the Victoria location helped plan our flights to London on British Airways. Our first time flying premium economy and we needed help! Valery was a good listener and understood immediately what we were trying to arrange. She was well informed and efficient. She suggested an itinerary that would save us $$ and she reserved our seats for us. Wow! Your efforts are very much appreciated.

Positive experience: Went into the business 30 minutes before closing, the guy said he couldn’t help us but we were able to sit down with him and talk about the trip we were planning with dates and all info. Understanding that may be the case we were told he would look into it and get back to us the following business day. Gave our email and phone number. 2 weeks pass we heard nothing back so took business elsewhere. Didn’t leave a 1 star because I have had success with other agents at this location.

We made the right decision two days before the flight to stay home, Covid-19 rumours and news was just starting to heat up and recommendations for holidays were to cancel flights. I knew that I may lose a large sum of money. A month later, I reached out to Flight Centre I got connected to Christian. He was professional, helpful and very responsive. He called the flights and hotels and was able to get a significant amount of my money back. When Transat Air got the goverment support I reached out again to recover my flight credits...in no time he responded and again was able to help. Christian was great for me and Flight Centre is lucky to have employees like him.

Fantastic experience: I have been booking with Kelly Coish at Flight Center for several years now and I have never had a single complaint. Kelly is always helpful and knowledgeable with regards to travel rules especially during the pandemic. I came to appreciate how important it is to book with an agent when I had to cancel my flight during the peak of the pandemic last year. I didn't experience any of the long waits a lot of passengers had to endure in dealing with flight cancellation and refunds. Kelly at flight center did all of that for me. Every single cent was refunded. When I travelled this year, Kelly was there to make sure my trip went smoothly and was always there to answer all my emergency inquiries. Simply efficient service!

Fantastic experience: Booking flights internationally during covid seemed like an insurmountable task, especially with a recently exacerbated anxiety disorder. The staff here were helpful and supportive and the representative, Kailea- really went above and beyond to make sure all of the information and current travel constraints were considered every step of the way. Flawless service!

Fantastic experience: I booked our Honeymoon to here several years ago. I was unaware that resorts in the country we visited had serious fluctuations in quality, and they steered me clear of low-quality, family, and more boistrous resorts. Without Flight Centre I suspect we would have ended up somewhere inappropriate and had a much less enjoyable vacation.

On our 1st travel booking it went downhill as we found out my mom is sick and can no longer travel. Fantastic experience: We booked our Mexico trip with Jt and due to an error I made, our names were wrong on the tickets issued. As per the airline policy this could not be changed and I was supposed to purchase new tickets. If it weren’t for Jt I’m positive this wouldn’t have been resolved easily. He did everything he could and talked to anyone that he knew could help and got this fixed for us right away, so that we wouldn’t incur any additional charges. Everything from the moment we spoke to the booking to the resolving of all issues and meeting all our requests, this has been a superb experience. I don’t believe I have ever experienced better customer service or anyone going to this extent of above and beyond to make this a truly hassle free experience. I can’t thank him enough for making this trip planning such a pleasant and stress free interaction. I truly recommend him for anyone wishing to book any sort of travel as he is absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: Usually I do my own bookings on-line. However this takes time and it's gotten more complicated. After doing some research, I decided to see what Flight Centre could do for me on an overseas flight. I was pleasantly surprised. I gave Artos the parameters and he did a great job providing me with viable options. I found the service to be prompt and found his knowledge to be excellent. And, I saved time. Hopefully all will go smoothly on our journey; notwithstanding, it's comforting to know that if something does go awry, we'll have a single point of contact to provide assistance.

Fantastic experience: Matthew was amazing! He helped me plan out a bit of a complicated trip for my honeymoon. We had to go back and forth a quiet a few times and he was always happy to help me make a number of changes. I even changed the number of days that we would be staying on the day I was suppose to book the trip and he stayed late at work to help me make the final changes. I do not travel often and was not used to having a travel agent and had been told by some people that I can plan the trip myself to make It cheaper for me and I did speak about that to Matthew. He advised me with the truth on how things could technically be cheaper but after our conversation, I realized that having a travel agent was the best way to go. Fantastic experience: I had been searching online literally for weeks for a trip to Kenya over the holidays. Finally I found Flight Centre and even though I'm in Toronto I called and got Jenny Bosley in the Broughton Street office in BC. Jenny was amazing, she took the time to really hear my wants and needs and helped me find the perfect flight for a great price. Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience dealing with Nigel at this location. Nigel very patiently helped my wife and I as we picked a honeymoon destination and made some recommendations on locations and mult-location trips that we ultimately went ahead with and really added to our vacation. He was able to price match after we found one of the hotels cheaper by booking direct with them. He responded to emails on his day off and outside of office hours and it felt like he was taking personal responsibility to make sure the trip was a success. We ended up with a delay on our day of departure and Nigel offered help and assistance dealing with airlines and hotels and offers to help with any information to support an insurance claim which I felt was going above and beyond. We will definitely use this location and Nigel again for future vacation plans.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience dealing with the Staff at the Flight Centre Westside Village. Anna Crosby was awesome. I was trying to plan the perfect vacation for my family and I know that i had "hundreds of questions and requests". Anna dealt with all of them in a very professional and friendly manner. She never at anytime became frustrated with me and always seemed to be able to solve any issues or problems I had. The vacation she planned for my family at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya was out standing. The family had an awesome time and we are already planning on doing another trip to a different Hard Rock Hotel. When Anna was not available other staff members including Nigel and Bria were able to jump right in and help me. I would highly recommend Flight Centre Westside Village. First class service and extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.

If that wasn’t enough, what does other routing through Raratonga, Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, and Hawaii look like with so many code shares and time zones? Mathew diligently researched everything and collaboratively worked with me to complete an affordable and common sense itinerary. Any journey has small glitches but I am happy to recommend Matthew for any complex international travel itinerary. Fantastic experience: I came to Artos Low with a vague plan in my burnt-out Dad-mind: I want to go here and here, neither of which are connected, and I want to do it easily and as simply as possible. Oh, and with the bare minimum of connections so I wouldn’t lose a child mid-way on the trip. To complicate things further, all plans had to be OK’ed by my wife, so we’ll play a game of “telephone” along the way because you can never get both of us on the phone at the same time. Artos, quite simply, blew my mind. He came up with a trip plan quickly, then every time I moved the goal posts, he instantly found more options for us. After an untold number of back & forths, Artos came up with a plan that was spectacular. It hit all the parameters we wanted, was a great price, and we booked instantly. I never appreciated the wealth of knowledge and patience that a travel agent must have, and Artos has both in excess. He knows the beaches, the companies, the hotels, everything. And then can withstand multiple elementary questions and nudge you gently back in the right direction. I don’t know why I waited so long to use a travel agent. Why am I spending time looking at 17 different travel sites, when Artos has it all at his finger tips, and does all the work for me? Having a travel plan presented to you is so much easier than getting lost in Google. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I just booked a safari trip with Dave and he was incredible help! This is my second booking with him. The first one was back in February when I planned a trip to India. It was quite overwhelming to be doing all the planning to India, but a friend of mine recommended me to Dave and suddenly all the stress was removed and everything was smooth sailing. So, when this upcoming trip to Africa came up, I immediately reached out to Dave. He's super knowledgable, friendly and on top of things. For every trip that I look at she offers up suggestions of similar cities as other options. Negative experience: If you have a day and a picnic basket come here cause you will be in for a long wait. I did my own online and it was faster and I didn’t have to sit there listening to staff chatting to others about their gardens and weather.
