Fantastic experience: Great office. Love the events and community engagement. The travel agents are helpful and always available when needed.

Negative experience: Disappointed! I used to booked myself all cruises (I experinced 13 of them) - for 2 of us (myself and my wife) but this one (Alaska)was special: 6 persons, 2 cabins, kids... software (on line )failed to comprehend different options and I had to visit agent (4089 Shelbourne St, Victoria, BC V8N 5Y1) I suggested several options (diligent home work) - to the agent All in vain: sold out, sold out... no way.. (I was told) I came in the office at 9 (June 24, 2024) in 10 minutes I left this one..unhappy... Than by 11:30 (home work) I got what I was looking for (this option which I suggested for the agent):Eurodom, Holland America, 7 nights, Seattle, August 10, goooood price! (Company: AlaskaCruise!) Irony! This is shame for the Expedia (I used services of the company for many many years). Alex, Victoria, BC

Fantastic experience: We have dealt with Expedia Cruiseship Centre Shelbourne Street branch for many years. Firstly with Debbie Peterson, and then after Debbie retired, Ramona Parry. Both those gals have been great when booking cruises, going beyond to get us the best deals possible. Ramona has also now had to deal with all the Covid cancellations, rebookings, and all the rest of the challenges that have come up in the last couple of years. She has always done so with a professional and good natured attitude. I highly recommend Expedia, and Ramona in particular for all your travel needs. Greg Buchan

Fantastic experience: Well if COVID hadn't of happened I would have enjoyed a wonder trip last June that Kathy Creighton had arranged. Kathy worked diligently to get a full refund when we could not travel. I am looking forward to booking with Kathy again as travel opens up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kathy to anyone I know. She was very helpful every step of the way :)

Sadly, the pandemic hit and we weren't able to go, but Chris took care of us every step of the way when it came to navigating refunds and rebooking our next adventure (which ended up being a better trip than the one we originally planned). I can't recommend his services enough--you won't be disappointed.

Elwyn is able to find the best deals for much less than doing it yourself, and if there are any changes or issues, it is her, not me who fixes it! Elwyn is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of travel, and makes the trip effortless, ensuring we have the vacation that is exactly what we want with nothing to do but enjoy it.

Fantastic experience: Travel is always exciting and when you use professional services like a well respected travel agency you have the peace of mind that your on your way to a great holiday. Always remember you get what you pay for, going for that cheap holiday may give you more grief than you want. As we have seen in the last couple of years things can happen that are totally out of our control, so when you use a travel agency this means when things happen you have someone that can assist you. Elwyn is a very personal travel agent that does her research for you and helps you to get the best value for your vacation and that can be what is priceless. I also like that I can get all my vacation connections and accommodations in one place, so if there are uncertain things that happen, I have it all in one place. Using a travel agent doesn't necessarily cost you more but I like having that human contact and I know she wants me to have as great a vacation as she would want for herself and family, that is priceless.

Fantastic experience: I have done a lot of travelling in the past 15 to 20 years and, without a doubt, the best service I have received is from Expedia Cruise (Shelbourne Branch)! My Travel Agent is second to none! She knows my adventurous spirit so keeps her eye open for trips that satisfy that part of my soul. She also knows the different types of trips I make, depending on who I'm travelling with -- right down to finding the perfect travel partner if it looks like I may be travelling solo -- so takes all of those factors into consideration when she's looking at options for me. She keeps an eye out for deals on trips/tours, flights and accommodation and forwards articles and tips that she thinks may be of interest or helpful for my upcoming journey. She even responded when I was stranded off the continent and had to get home quickly because of a family emergency; I was on the next possible flight home and it was all thanks to her. I know that Ramona is only one of the wonderful staff that work at Expedia Cruise but I can recommend her without question. The company itself -- including the owner -- stand behind and support her when anything goes awry or decisions have to be made in the moment. ExpediaCruise and my Travel Agent, Ramona are simply the best!
