We dealt with Greg and he was awesome. Very objective, listened then directed us to exactly what we were looking for. And at a better price than online. Fantastic experience: Every few years, we band together with a group of random friends and go on a cruise. With some couples, some family and some single. We had a group of 9. It’s a next to impossible to organize, but Greg Chow jumped at the opportunity as he is a seasoned cruiser. With limited information at his disposal, because only 2 of the 9 travellers were at his desk, he immediately got on task, and by the end of our visit, we had all of the information for our cruise. The price of the cruise was also less than anything I had tried to do online. Sighing 24 hours the cruise was officially booked with a deposit to secure all rooms. Hats off to Greg for his excellent and prompt service. The following day after booking, we even landed another couple who wanted to join us on our cruise. Greg made that happen immediately and we are now good to go. Besides being efficient, he is also a good guy!!

Fantastic experience: We ran into a situation where our flights were canceled… Our agent Lenora found out about this and she was able to work a miracle. She spent hours making all the changes to ensure we were happy/satisfied with the outcome. Fantastic experience: Lisa Adams is an outstanding travel agent who was put to the test in March 2020 when our Oceania ship was refused landing in Lima, Peru. We had no Covid on board but each new docking got cancelled for 10 days on the seas and Lisa cancelled and rebooked flights several times. And when we finally landed in Toronto she got us a hotel. She spent all these hours on the phone while she was planning a party for her child’s 19th birthday and on a weekend! She has been helpful on many trips and land tour. When the borders closed (due to COVID) we were stuck in El Salvador and she worked ENDLESSLY to get us home. Fantastic experience: Our family used Heather Lavender to book all 10 of us to Seattle for a weekend to celebrate my Mom’s 70th Birthday. She had to accommodate 3 generations, many interests and get it organized to fit a few schedules!! We had a blast! All the details were taken care of, no issues, we loved the hotel and location. And it was all on budget! The best part was how she had the paperwork organized for going over the border and many hotel rooms. Less work for us and more time for fun.

Lisa has lots of experience to guide us in the right direction (and away from making the wrong decision), not only as it relates to cruises but also land trips to Egypt, S. America and Europe. She was instrumental in getting a major refund on a trip that ended up being less than what we had expected. Our agent Coleen Foster bailed us out of a difficult situation when it appeared we might be stranded in Australia for awhile because of flights being cancelled due to the outbreak of Covid-19.
