Fantastic experience: We had a van tour of several wineries and a cheese farm, complete with a picnic lunch. We had a wonderful day. The scenery was gorgeous. Colleen, our tour guide, gave us interesting info all day while we rode. She shared fascinating info about the wineries, the winemakers, the dairy farmer/cheesemaker, and the forest and wildlife. Lunch was delicious. They can accommodate special diets. We didn’t know that, so we got the regular meal, but there was so much variety that our special diets were not a problem. The wines were all excellent. The first winemaker blew our minds with all of her interesting information, and her wines were really remarkably wonderful. The guide knew what was happening in the area that day and planned our tour to make the most of it. I’m so glad we did this tour and would do it again in a heartbeat. Totally worth it.

Fantastic experience: My family did the city tour and Butchart Gardens. Mark was our tour guide. What a unique experience! Cannot recommend this tour highly enough. We got some natural history, saw some sights and heard stories of local people, including the indigenous peoples of the region. We were treated to stories of the family that started the garden, learned about the maritime heritage of Victoria and all of this while being entertained and fed chocolate. What an adventure!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I went up to Victoria for a couple of days to relax and the wine tour was suggested. Colleen picked us up at our hotel and was very personable throughout the entire tour. She is a local, so her first hand knowledge of the area is great! The two wineries, cheese shop and cider maker were delightful and generous with their samples. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who's already been to Victoria and wants to see some more of the area.

Fantastic experience: 3 friends and I did the wine tour with Tycho as our guide. He made sure we had a very fun day, sharing local information, some history, and humor. We stopped at 3 great wineries, had a lovely picnic lunch, and because we were a very small group got to make a couple extra quick stops! Be advised if you buy wine you cannot ship it to the US (have to drink during your Canada stay or put in checked luggage). I highly recommend this tour and would do it again if I am ever back in Victoria!

Positive experience: Be very careful when using on line service - we reserved and were told reservation didnt exist - turns out it did, and they forgot to pick us up - ruined the timeframe for the rest of the day - don't rely on texting the number, make sure you talk to someone direct The experience, walking through the tree tops was amazing - nothing to do with the transportation which was $150 and the cancellation of the rest of our day

Fantastic experience: Went to the Malahat Skywalk for our honeymoon. We had Colleen as our driver/guide, and she was fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable about not only Victoria but the surrounding areas. I will absolutely use Island Time Tours again if we come back to Victoria.

Fantastic experience: Colleen rocks the Wine Country with her knowledge, stories, and warm and friendly TLC! We went on a rainy day, but none of us were bothered in the least as we had such a great time! I'll be back, and I want to check out her fabulous biking tours! Thanks Colleen!

Fantastic experience: Colleen is an absolute gem. We loved our day in the sun, e-biking on a charming tree-covered trail to the trestle bridge in Cowichan to have a delicious lunch followed by a wine tasting at the oldest winery on the island. Despite the temperature reaching 40 degrees, Colleen was an excellent host. She was both accommodating and pleasant and we will be coming back and telling all of our friends!

Fantastic experience: Glen was an awesome guide and took great care of us. He was really knowledgable about the area and clearly had good relationships with all of the wineries we stopped at. The provided lunch was delicious and fit our dietary restrictions. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Fantastic experience: We could not have been luckier to have found Colleens tour. She is so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable of the area and foods and wines, we got to visit 3 wineries and the provided lunch is above and beyond what you might expect from something provided by any other tour. We especially felt space with current covid-19 procedures. You’re in great hands with Colleen! Can’t recommend her more highly!!

Fantastic experience: When searching for wine tours while visiting Victoria, don't overlook Island Time Tours. I had a wonderful experience using Island Time Tours for our Cowichan Wine Tour. We had the pleasure of having Don along for the ride that day. His extensive knowledge of the history, as well as the area were amazing. Melissa was our driver for the day and she was top notch! Made a fantastic experience all around for my girlfriend and myself. Pick-up from the hotel I specified was great, on time, water was provided, and she continuously made sure the cabin temperature in the van was at a good level for us. The day was clearly laid out what we were to expect, we were given a lunch menu with great choices to choose from at the one of the places we stopped at. Overall, this trip was a great value, the wineries were a great visit, and I would love to do it again my next visit to Victoria. You will not be disappointed with your experience with Island Time Tours for this wine tour. Thanks again Melissa, Don, and ITT for the great experience!!

Fantastic experience: Colleen was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable about the area wineries and wines they offer. Took us to some unique vineyards that differ from each other and the norm to give variety. Some very beautiful settings.

Fantastic experience: Took the SaltSpring Island tour with guide Don Keith. Super! Don was a perfect guide. The van clean and comfortable. Ferry price was included as were Cheese, Brewery, Winery tastings - and so the tour price was well worth it - plus Don’s inside knowledge made it possible to do and see more than we would have known how on a one day trip. The cheese, beer, and wine were excellent, exceeding whet we expected - but still local and unique. No pressure to purchase, except the pressure of quality food. And...do not miss the petroglyph. It’s not often one sees a clan/family marker anymore and this is a chance to touch a bit of precontact history and a reminder of the true owners of SaltSpring Island and the Pacific Northwest. Back to our condo and in the pool by 5:30!
