Fantastic experience: Jason was amazing and very patient while getting our group of 8 adults and 4 kids booked on a trip. He found us a great deal, got everyone to agree (a miracle in itself! Ha!), and made some extra recommendations, and all of this super fast too. We'd never have been able to do that ourselves online. We're super grateful to Jason for his help and will absolutely go back next time we're planning a trip.

There are some things I couldn’t arrange online, and Desiree had the tools, patience, and knowledge to jump in, and get everything finalized. Invited me to contact if I have any questions, and made sure I am already to go. Any travel questions were answered easily. Very happy I went to see Desiree, Travel Consultant at Westshore Travel Centre. Edit: Due to life, etc., Desiree was able to cancel, and book arrangements that worked better for us. Got my dates, wishes and budget and had me package ideas and prices emailed within a few hours. She quickly answered all my questions throughout the process. She is quick to answer emails. When phoning into the centre you are helped right away. Fantastic experience: I was stumped on what resort would be great for my family to stay at, as we had never stayed at an all inclusive resort in Mexico. I came in and met with Lori, and she has been AMAZING. I gave her all of our information, budget, wants/needs on type of resort and it only took her a few days to get back to me on some resorts she found that are great for families. We haven’t gone anywhere since 2012, and were worried about trying to learn how to plan a family vacation without overpaying or getting scammed - Megan took all my worries away, she has first hand experience in the specific travel/location we booked, she had all the answers, great recommendations and even got us the best deals!! Megan made me feel at ease with the whole process, from passport requirements to hotel booking, attraction tickets, cruise info, airfare and local transit - I won’t be going to anyone else for my future travel plans!

Negative experience: I am thankful that I am not new to travel. I have used agencies before and trusted their expertise. This time, vwas so glad i had a little experience. I asked for transfers 3 times and they were still not added. It was booked with 2 double beds, ( no one asked for this detail), we are both 6 ft tall...when requesting the change to king the agent ghosted us. I had to call in to get this arranged. All emails automatically bounced back into my inbox. One agent lied, telling us to just get uber from the airport. Uber does not service cancun Airport. Educating your staff for you is poor form. I am extremely concerned about how this trip will play out. It may not seem like a lot to you, but to me this does not feel like a business anyone would be confident using when you must know all the details of travel and tell them to protect you. As I had to flush out all my own details you did not earn the money you charged me for using this agency. Also, I still do not have transfers!

Fantastic experience: I recently had to fly to the Philippines due to a family emergency. Rya initially booked all my flights to travel 2 days from the date I booked and connected these flights with different airlines (which I would not be able to do myself). Unfortunately one of my flights ended up being cancelled the day I was checking in, I was in a panic, but Jatin calmly rebooked all my flights. I was so happy that all the hassle I would have gone through was handled immediately by Jatin. I am also happy that I purchased trip interruption insurance.
