Fantastic experience: Booked a trip with them for my family and Farah was great fast answered all questions and got us the best deal.

Negative experience: Requested pricing inclusive of all fees and was quoted a price. When the details were finalized they added booking fees along with other surcharges that increased the “all inclusive” price by almost 20%. Save yourself the hassle and do business with someone local.

Negative experience: Be prepared to only pay with CASH for travel reservations since credit cards are not accepted with this travel agent. The TICO supported agency clearly depicts merit of foreign-like policy catering to foreign-driven representatives with cash-like mentality.
