Fantastic experience: We had a great experience booking with Andrea! She did a great job helping us choose a resort that had exactly what we were looking for and answered all of our questions in a professional and timely manner. She went above and beyond to assist us during our trip as we experienced an airport closure due to flooding which interrupted our flight home. Andrea provided us with prompt updates on the situation and kept us informed on the status of our return flight while also ensuring we had options if our flight was cancelled. I highly recommend her services!

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! LaSalle travel is incredible! Recently I went online to book a trip to Ireland for my sister, mum, and myself, quickly I became overwhelmed with all the different sites and airlines offering deals, not to mention the horror stories of scams. I decided to Google travel agencies to make an appointment for help booking our trip Thats when I came across LaSalle Travel and I decided to give them a call and make an appointment. I went in the next day and was greeted by Lisa Dyck, the travel agent. Lisa asked how she could help, I explained my experience of being overwhelmed when I attempted to book the trip myself, Lisa immediately took charge, she asked when I wanted to fly out and home, all the details of what I wanted, she searched several trusted sites for the best deal, and she made it happen that day!! Instant relief for me!! Then a week later we wanted to book a car for our trip, without hesitation I called Lisa. Again, she asked what we needed in regards to car, and within an hour Lisa called me back with a great deal on the rental car, and reserved it for us. Roughly 8 days into our 19 day trip we decided we wanted to come home early (family issues) The thought of calling the airline etc to rearrange flights sent my anxiety through the roof!! Then I decided to call Lisa at LaSalle Travel, her 1st concern is that we were ok, she then asked when we wanted to return home, and AGAIN she made it happen!!! She emailed all the details making this effortless for me. I would highly recommend LaSalle Travel again, and again, and again to anyone traveling, you're definitely in good hands!!!

Negative experience: Contacted twice. Never received any information when trying to book my honeymoon and have been waiting for weeks to hear back from 2 agents.

Fantastic experience: I dealt with Kelly from lasalle travel, she was excellent to deal with, answered all my questions and made everything easier! At the end of the trip there was a small issue with the resort , I placed a call to Kelly and the matter was dealt with within minutes. Thank you to Lasalle Travel and especially Kelly for making our trip memorable for all the right reasons!

Negative experience: They do not know most information on travelling with different airlines. There organization is brutal.their responses to questions are way delayed and gives no help. I would be er use this travel agent again. And have advised alot of people to do the same. We travelled with a group of 30 and she had us all mixed up with the flight seating.which was different on the resort where they grouped my son on the flight with strangers not beside me and they also grouped my son in a random person's room at resort. Horrible travel agency.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual when responding to our emails. She was extremely patient with all our pesky questions too. I highly recommend her services!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the level of service during Covid 19. Unresponsive, one word answers and no help what so ever. Looks like more customers have the same issue . Book direct and don't use them.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing and awful experience. During this stressful time of the COVID-19 pandemic I have been trying to get a refund for our flights to Europe but my travel agent replies with one word answers days later and zero information, no apology I’ve been going back-and-forth emailing her for a month. I’m a full-time healthcare worker during this pandemic I don’t have time to be on hold on the phone with Air Canada or the Bank or the Better Business Bureau to try to get a refund for my flight that was cancelled (which should be an automatic full refund). My travel agent should be doing this for me that is why I booked with a travel agent. My friend had a travel agent who has been so very kind, thorough and helpful with her throughout this entire process of trying to cancel her flight during this pandemic. I will never be booking with Lasalle Travel Agency again unforunately.
