Fantastic experience: Dealing with Sarah for my Bachelor / 40th was nothing but smooth sailing. If I could give more stars I would. Sarah took care of everything from booking the hotel to private transfer there and back. Even had an app for all of us to navigate through for our itinerary and other amenities. Communication with Sarah is always easy, on the ball and she was always looking out for us. She's pretty awesome. Just wish I would have found her before my wedding was booked. That being said she will be doing our honeymoon and any future trips. Thank you Sarah for everything. My only complaint was she could not cure our hangovers. Lol. Thank you again for the outstanding service, kindness and class.

Fantastic experience: Sarah booked and helped plan a trip to Greece for my partner and I during the summer so we could attend a friend's wedding, and she made everything so much easier for us. Fantastic experience: We had an amazing mother daughter trip to Punta Cana thanks to Sarah! She worked really hard to help us to narrow down resorts ensuring we had a smooth trip, including transportation to and from and that we were getting the best possible deal. Sarah also had a full itinerary planned out in an app that was easy to access all information needed for our trip and she was always a phone call away if we needed her. We did travel during hurricane season and Sarah had reached out one day to warn us of a storm that was close. Thankfully it never came our way! They are happy, genuine and lovely - unspoiled like their terrain! Although the property would benefit from some TLC regarding maintenance and upgrades, we still very much enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return sometime soon! Fantastic experience: Sarah is amazing! She coordinated our vacation to the Dominican. She gave us great options and was so informed and patient. She is very thorough and helpful and did a lot of amazing arranging and re-arranging during this summer 2022 travel "crisis" that is going on. Fantastic experience: I've booked my Caribbean trips with Sarah in the past 10 plus years and there is no one better to have your back than her. I would follow her anywhere and there is no one I rather have as my travel agent. One of my trips to Cuba at the time I was there during hurricane Irma with my mom and friend. Sarah made sure that we were all ok in anyway she could from Canada. Kept me informed with text, calls and emails covering everything that was going on that she could find out about the hurricane from her end and took care of everything I needed updated and changed from windsor until we came back safe and sound. The entire time she was just a phone call away if we needed anything and to me that kind of person is priceless to have watching your back when you are far away from home !!!
