Fantastic experience: Recently in September 2024 I had the pleasure of travelling to London, England, for my first ever European vacation. Initially, I was just going to book a flight, and wing it day to day when I arrived, hoping to experience something new every day. A dear friend suggested that I was a bit crazy to do that, and referred me to a travel agent from Expedia Cruises. What a wise suggestion that was! I contacted Giselle who promptly set up an appointment with me to gauge the extent of my interests, everything from attractions to accommodations to restaurants. I really had no idea of the scope of my own interests until highlighted by Giselle. Together we planned out a ten-day vacation, and beginning on Day One right through to Day Ten each day had its own agenda. My random unorganized chaos now had some structure. This proved invaluable, as Giselle pointed out special highlights and attractions, wonderful ideas of which I never would have thought. Giselle was keen to ensure my trip would be a wonderful and memorable experience and was just as excited about my trip as I was. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she was keen to ensure we met several times to make sure no small detail was overlooked. Giselle meticulously printed out my itinerary for me in an easy-to-read booklet format, so that every day I had the option of consulting it, along with alternately having the itinerary as a file on my cell phone. As a result, I had an amazing holiday. On every day I had at least one prebooked guided tour, or attraction, or restaurant, which gave me plenty to look forward to each succeeding day, along with time built in to allow me to additionally explore my surroundings on my own time. Fantastic experience: Worked with Annette to book my Disney vacation, there were a few snags, but she got on the horse and fixed everything in a professional and friendly way. This lady does not have the words "give up" in her vocabulary. She was nothing but pleasant, and that reflects in her attitude!

Fantastic experience: Just returned home from the Mayan Riviera. Our travel agent, Annette, helped us plan our dream family vacation. Everything was perfection. She listened to our needs (safety for our family, great food and activities to keep our kids busy and happy). We hit the jackpot with our resort, the Riu Palace RM. Our excursions, mixed in with relaxing time at the resort was a perfect balance. Thank you, Annette!! I honestly cannot thank you enough for your support during the planning of our vacation as well as the immense support during our stay and upon our return.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service

Fantastic experience: We discovered our flight was cancelled Saturday due to snow at our connecting flight in the USA. We were suppose to arrive the morning of the ship's departure. Our agent, Ruth, was contacted by her staff at home on her day off after we contacted them. She worked for the next 3hrs to find us an alternate flight. We left a day earlier on the Saturday and spent the night in Miami and made it to the boat on time. The vacation was great. Thank you Ruth.
