Negative experience: Would give zero stars if I could. Hit a deer on the 4th of July. Took my truck to the dealership to get repaired. It is now the 6th of September and my truck has been done for WELL over a month and this company will not pay the dealership. So they are quick to take your money but refuse to pay for any repairs. Negative experience: PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH CAA We've had a Premium Membership with CAA for 2 years now and used it for the very first time the other day. Our tire was flat and I called to have the spare put on. The technician said no to me asking him to put it on twice and insisted on simply pumping the tire full of air and driving on it. He said it would be safe, common practice, and because we ran over a screw it was acting like a plug and we could easily get it repaired. We get to a Mr. Lube+ tires 4 minutes away and can then see damage all around the tire and are told that its coming apart from the inside out. We called to complain because he had refused to put on the spare tire, which may have saved us having to get an entirely new tire put on. We were told that the damage was done before the technician had arrived and he had noticed it, and they were not liable. If that was the case, why were we told it was safe to drive on it and that it would be a simple repair if there was clearly visible damage to the tire? After speaking on the phone with the local branch 5 times about my complaint, I was interrupted multiple times, bullied, called a liar, and received overall astonishingly unprofessional behavior that left me in tears. The last thing the man told me was that if I told anyone about my treatment that "no one would believe me". At that point I told him I was done with this conversation and hung up. Please consider this if you're thinking of doing business with them. I had no expectation of them to reimbursement in full for a new tire. I just wanted to voice my concerns and maybe get a break because the technician made an irresponsible call. I would have even taken getting my alotted number of allowed calls reset because this one clearly didn't go well but was offered no resolution, and no apology, even after speaking with head office. Be weary out there guys.

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff. Visually distraught that my wife and I wanted to go into the store at exactly 9 am. A staff member unlocked the doors and walked away. Not even attempting to hold the door or open it for us. Once inside the staff was all seated at their own desks and didn’t even acknowledge or greet us. As a CAA members we couldn’t wait to get our photos taken for our passports and leave. Going forward we will pay the extra cost to get our photos done elsewhere. Terrible customer service!!

Negative experience: No longer have paper ONTARIO booklets. And will discontinue them ALL when gone. Not all people have unlimited data for your online stuff. If so why pay for yours then when I can use other FREE online stuff. I won't renew next year because of this. I was told this AFTER I renewed my membership. I can get auto club from my Auto Insurance. CAA no value for my buck anymore.

I called after long wait caa operator's asked me 14 questions including the year the model the make the trim the the color the vin number ,license number then she went personality my name adress my phone my b'day my licence number etc etc 40 minuits on phone then I almost passing out from the heat it was 32 c and I told her but she was rude no one showed up for hours I had to call private towing and caa counted my call as being helped ....caa is is big joke waste of money and do not ever travel thinking u are in good hand..
