Fantastic experience: Great experience, friendly staff.
Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had with this company. Deb Millette is rude and doesn't like doing her job and continues continues hang up the phone on us.
Negative experience: Been dealing with Deb Millette and the whole experience has been a disaster she does not want to help even though we paid for cancellation. Refuses to call us back and refuses to help us.
Negative experience: Dealing with Deb Millette and it has been a nightmare booked our vacation and need to make changes and she refuses to help and also is rude and continues to hang up the phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to book a vacation. Worst company I have ever used and worst experience ever
Negative experience: I booked a cruise in June 2019. Paid 10% deposit with the balance due before the May 2020 sailing. Today I get an email from Cruise Ship Centers in Airdrie saying that my final payment of $6,000 must be paid within the next 4 hours. I have not received a single email or contact from anyone at Expedia/Cruise Ship Centers since June of last year and then suddenly this emergency payment is required. The Airdrie branch manager suggested that I email her my credit card information. Who does that? Emailing a credit card number rather than having a secure payment system with the email hacking that happens so often? When I explained to her that I would pay online (as I did for the deposit) she wasn't able to send me a working link. Then she advised me to pay on the cruise website. I navigated to that site but they wouldn't accept my payment either and said I had to call an agent. After 15 minutes on hold at the cruise line they said only the travel agent can take my payment. They said that all travel agents should know this. They also said that they notified the Airdrie office 2 weeks ago that my payment deadline was coming up. But the Airdrie office didn't email me at all until the last minute. Honestly, these people created so much stress for what should have been a very simple transaction. The manager apologized for the cacophony of errors, which was nice, but I don't feel that this agency is able to do something as simple as collect a payment in a professional way. Avoid.
Fantastic experience: Contact Peggi. She is very prompt with her responses and works hard to get you a deal.
Negative experience: Kirsten Lei is one of the staff there. When she booked the tickets for us, she didn’t disclose important information and didn’t provide any suggestions. She misleads us to book the tickets. Consequently we spent $20000 for 4 days cruise. We flied three countries to catch the cruise with 2 elders and 2 young kids. It was a horrible experience for my family. We trusted them as a professional agent but the result was absolutely nightmare!!! Our families endured the suffering from the careless agent. If the review has minus star, I would definitely go for it for this agency!
