Fantastic experience: The owner of this establishment, Syed, is an exceptionally helpful professional who goes out of his way to get your travel details sorted out to a 'T'! He is committed to giving you the best experience and comes to you with several options that you can choose from. We have used Syed for large group bookings for complicated, long-haul and international flights and he always delivers. As a bonus, he always notifies us when changes are made to our flights and always comes back with other options if needed. He has helped us out tremendously and we've been using his services for over 10 years. Many members of our extended families rely on him for our frequent travel plans. We have had to call him at odd times throughout the day but he always responds. I cannot recommend him enough for your travel needs!

He helped me and my family stranded at Frankfurt airport by booking did by the worst travel agent multi culture. He had us new tickets issued at no cost and no service fees. Fantastic experience: I mostly don’t give reviews but can’t hold on to appreciation of Mr. Syed for his help. I was stranded at Frankfurt airport by the booking did by one the worst travel agent.I called Mr. Syed for help and he had a long conversation with Air Canada for more than seven hours and finally got us new tickets issued at no cost and no service fees charged. May Allah reward him for his efforts.

Negative experience: We are so disappointed with the provided service! We booked our flights to Pakistan with them! There’s a huge booking error, we’re standing here at Pearson Airport with our kids for quite long- everyone has been exhausted and we’re just regretting to book flights with them!
