The first travel agency I dealt with took weeks to get back to us on pricing and only had partial itinerary to quote us. Fantastic experience: You really need a good travel agent when things are going wrong, and that is exactly what Yogesh did for us. My mom was booked on a flight from Toronto to Taiwan, connecting in Vancouver. A snowstorm in Vancouver cancelled her first flight, but the airline re-booked her on another flight that would have missed her connecting flight to Taiwan. I called Yogesh, desperate, and he jumped into action. He spent the afternoon on the phone, looking at all the options, and managed to find my mom the last seat on a flight that allowed her to keep her connection to Taiwan - and even got her upgraded! I cannot thank Yogesh enough for saving the day, and saving my mom's trip. To me, that is the best travel agent!
