Negative experience: I had a long drive to get there by 6pm on Thursday and it was closed! No note on the door just closed. Respect your working hours and your customers.

Positive experience: Knowledgable staff. Over worked, need more staff to handle the work load. Due to being under staffed, long wait times for responding.

Fantastic experience: Melanie helped us organize our trip for 21 friends coming from multiple areas. She was fantastic! Responded to every questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing experience and we will for sure use her again next time!

Negative experience: very unhappy! booked a vacation to go to Disney, that morning we had to change plans was told by both airline and hotel that we had more than enough time to rebook as flight didn't leave for three hours. tried calling and they didn't open for another 4 hours no emergency number...lost $5500. asked why we should use them in the future quote" there is no benefit to use us" book directly don't use agent is what I learned from this.

Negative experience: My new wife and I had received several thousand dollars in Air Transat gift cards from bridal showers and wedding gifts. We decided two weeks ago after work to head down to the Air Transat with our gift cards, passports, and credit cards(to cover additional expenses) to go book our honeymoon. Once we arrived at the location we were greeted by an employee. She informed us that she was busy and that someone would be arriving shortly to help. So we decided to go shopping. Once we returned there was another employee but unfortunately another couple had beat us to the punch. She let us know it would be an hour until she could help us. So once again we roamed the mall and went for dinner. Returning to the air transat the employee made it quite apparent that her upcoming days off were coming and she wouldn't be able to help us. I had let her know that we were prepared to make a decision on a vacation that day... Still shunning us out the door... My new wife is very displeased and has a very sour taste in her mouth. As I'm a firm believer of "happy wife, happy life", we will not be returning to this location and we are considering selling our Air transat gift cards. So I highly do not recommend Air Transat.
