Negative experience: This business is permanently closed

Negative experience: I would avoid this agency. I am here in Mexico in a double occupancy room when what was asked for was a king etc. My wife and I don’t get away much and the next time we do we won’t go through this agency. Very poor service indeed.

Hello. There are times when hotels can not provide certain room types when customers arrive and are sorry you didn't get your king room. We always make sure to confirm customer's room choices but ultimately it is the hotel that dictates room allocations.
