Negative experience: Very worst service I won’t go ever with sell off vacations again I booked my hotel through sell off vacations thaught that everything will go smooth on my trip but what we went to destination place and my booking wasn’t made they made mistake of booking wrong month and when I reached hotel there was no booking made in my name and called them and they found out they have made mistake about month so disgusting. Then no help even tried the agent agents are saying customer a service will do something and all and now when want my refund back and I m having no answers now it’s sucks I have paid twice money for booking what a shit show Please don’t go ever with this again they are charging hell of money

Fantastic experience: Just returned from an amazing week in the Dominican Republic. Our travel agent Lexa from the Brandon office was so accommodating. She listened to what we were looking for, found us options and then helped us choose which resort would best suit our needs. Even while we were away we were able to contact her and she answered all our questions, making us feel at ease. My husband and I would highly recommend Lexa and look forward to booking our next vacation with her!

Negative experience: Probably wouldn't recommend this travel agent or use again. Booked a trip on referral by agent. Was told it was a 4.5 star hotel , turns out it a old dated 3 star resort. I don't think things like the elevator wouldn't work in the building 4 days out of 7 and We where on the fourth floor if this was an actual 4.5 star . A lot of public washroom toilets through out the resort didn't flush on a regular basis leaving them very nasty. The Nexus shuttle services really made you feel you were in a 3rd world country. The driver refused to pull over during our 1 hour 45 min shuttle back to airport and after begging him he finally pulled over so my wife could pee on side of a very busy highway instead of the many gas station washrooms he refused to stop at. Yes the hotel ratings, and shuttle transportation were on sell of vacations recommendations from Agent Mary. Also noted an employee looking for a container to fill with orange juice.... he dug one out of garbage , gave it a quick rinse of tap water , put his mouth on it and tried blow in it as it was sort of crushed. He then filled it up with juice and put it amongst the other containers of juice and carted it into the restaurant. Also various kitchen staff would use public washrooms and walk back into the kitchens without washing there hand's Thanks Sell Off Vacations we were also laughed at by some of the resort travel agents when they found out how much we paid and said for those prices we could have stayed at a true 4.5 star hotel for an even longer sta. They admittedly told us there's was in fact 3☆.

Fantastic experience: We have used Sell Off in Brandon for years and have for the most part until last year had alot of positive interactions. There was a lady there last year that for lack of a better term left us all but on our own when concerns with our trip arose. We had planned on booking elsewhere but found out that Sam was back and knowing that we went back and found that Sam and her team have things back to top notch and have addressed all previous concerns. So glad to have Sam and her team local as nothing beats a friendly face that you can walk in and talk to to plan family fun in the sun. Glad to see things are back on track :)

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with selloff vacations. The Customer service was terrible and one of the stuff was rude and they don't even answer their phone. I waited for over a month to only get a quote that didn't even match what I was looking for and way over priced! I went with a different agent who did such a good job.

Positive experience: I haven't travelled much the last few years and this is my first time using SellOffVacations so I'm not sure what to have expected from it. I enjoyed my trip and loved it in Hawaii. Will most likely use it again for another trip in the near future.

Fantastic experience: We've always navigated the vacation and business travel spaces on our own, researching possible destinations, searching for hotels, planning activities, booking cars and dealing with changes on the fly. We reached out to Cathie Crossin for guidance on the trip we're currently taking as a family. After 15 years of self-navigating, I can truly say that she takes away all of the stresses of travel. I didn't even realize how much time it consumed and the amount of flip-flopping and micro-regrets that we dealt with...until those concerns were lifted from us. Cathie was able to present multiple options at each step of the way and helped us land on a vacation destination in a fraction of the time, and even presented lower-cost alternatives to using her services directly when it was appropriate. We look forward to this upcoming trip, and will definitely book through Cathie on our next voyage.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know what I would have done without Cathie. I needed help with flights and accommodations for Disney over the US Thanksgiving long weekend. Not only did she find me accommodations on site, but she got me direct flights, and helped take care of the Disney passes! Her help and knowledge is invaluable. I will be doing all my bookings with her in the future! I highly recommend her!

If you have any questions or concerns she will find answers and put your mind at ease. In my opinion the ONLY person to talk travel with in Brandon is Cathie.

Fantastic experience: I recently came to Cathie with a very broad idea of an adventurous winter girls trip. We had no idea when or where we wanted to go, just knowing we wanted to do and see as much as possible. Cathie was incredibly knowledgeable about many resorts and countries in Central America and able to find us the perfect resort for our vacation! We can't wait for our week in Mexico, thanks Cathie!

Fantastic experience: How many times can I recommend Bobby-Jo? Cause I would recommend her every time! My family and I wanted to go on a nice trip because it was my sister's 40th, my 30th and my sister and brother in law's 19th anniversary all within a week! Big things to celebrate. I reached out to Bobby-Jo as she was recommended to me. I've never used an agent before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Needless to say, she was SO amazing and accommodating and was able to get us exactly what we all wanted. It wasn't easy - we only had one specific week we could all travel so the dates were locked, and we also needed to fly out of 2 places (1 from Calgary, 4 from Winnipeg). I was trying to arrange everything but when you have multiple people going, it can be tough. Bobby-Jo was nothing but patient with us while we all gathered our replies and got back to her. When the final destination was decided, Bobby-Jo even stayed after her work hours while we gathered all our info so that we wouldn't miss out on that price! She was always super fast to reply or call, had all answers to any info we requested and was very quick and accommodating! And of course always extremely polite (and funny!). If you need an agent - give Bobby-Jo a call, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Bobby-Jo, we all had such an amazing time and will definitely be messaging you again for our next one!!

Fantastic experience: I used to book through a different company locally in my city, and after spending days looking at all the websites and trying to find the best deal possible I decided to take a chance with this location and got in touch with Bobby-Jo. From the minute I got in contact with Bobby-Jo she was extremely helpful and very personable. During our first interaction I never felt pressured throughout the conversation, and did not feel like it is a sales transaction like it has been with other companies. I was provided all details of all possible options, making me feel I was well informed before making a decision. Instead of calling other companies as planned and shopping around, I booked with her on the spot. Fantastic experience: Booked our flights to Ireland with Jennifer Murray. She couldn’t do enough for us, we were travelling with 3 young children and she was able to get us the seats with the baby bassinet. She went through numerous different airlines and flight options to get us the best flights & connection times. She also got us the best price on car rental. Fantastic experience: Kara Plewes at SellOffVacations in Brandon is the reason we had the BEST vacation ever! We had wanted to book a special trip to a resort in Jamaica we had previously visited. Kara tried everything but the resort was totally booked for the whole month. She made other suggestions in Jamaica but none appealed to us. Even though we told Kara that we NEVER would go to Mexico, she suggested we have a look at Secrets Huatulco. We did, liked what we saw, and went ahead and booked based on her recommendation and comments on Tripadvisor. The resort was everything we had hoped for, and we definitely will return some day. Kara was very helpful with finding us answers to questions and always responded to our inquiries. She also helped us with complicated reservations for my brother, who was travelling from China this summer. Kara is the best!

Fantastic experience: Such a nice bunch of staff, I have shopped around Brandon for a vacation over the last few weeks for my family and I (8)and sell off (unfortunatly) was the last place I tried, I brought the prices I had received from two other (local) holiday stores both similar prices into Brittney she was very knowledgeable of the area(Florida) were we wanted our two week vacation ,I pointed out the resort we would like , and she suggested a better resort at a better price. ,her price came in at 1000$ cheaper !!!!
