I enjoy going in person at his travel agency to see Tanveer, as it is like seeing an old friend or family you haven't seen in a long time, as he takes the time with you, is patient, is very knowledgeable, and goes over and beyond to make you happy with whichever vacation you choose. I can't thank Tanveer enough for all the incredible vacations he has booked for our family.

Fantastic experience: Been looking for a good travel advisor for many years and feel that I've finally found one in Banerji. He was helpful in sourcing the best air iteniary at a good rate that supported my challenging travel iteniary. Further Banerji was helpful with advice on medical, visa and passport issues. This Marlin is a mid size office, but offers great services via knowledgeable and customized offerings. I'll be looking to Banerji for my next travels.

Negative experience: Do not go with this travel agency unless you want to end up at the wrong resort. There are two resorts with similar names. According to Tarun it was a huge misunderstanding. I did not feel heard as the amenities that I requested were not available at this resort. It had the worst beach! It was stinky and dirty. Once I was at the resort he said there was nothing he could do as it was an Air Canada Vacations package and up to the representative at that hotel. I was left stranded in a foreign country to spend my vacation trying to solve the problem because the local representative said there was nothing he could do because I booked with a third party. I will never book with this travel agency again.
