Fantastic experience: Booking my trip to Cuba!
Negative experience: My trip to the peach festival was a mess vary disorganized. Only had one hour to enjoy the festival.. our guide left without 12 people. We had to call the on call in cobourg to ask the location we are going for lunch. It was about a 10min walk. Nothing on the information stated this . So if your low mobility it's going to be a hike. When we finally made it to lunch it was a waste of time would have a better lunch at the festival and about 19 elderly had to order a cab back to the buses. And the winery didn't have enough seats for everyone just vary Unorganized. So if you plan on going to the peach festival bring wheelchair

Fantastic experience: Alway booked my own travel vacation thru a third party. So in March, I decided to book a vacation thru Marlin Travel's. My first experience was friendly right from the get-go. Many thanks to Lena at Marlin Travel's in the Northumberland Mall in Cobourg. Playa Cayo Santa Maria was one of my best Cuban vacations.
Fantastic experience: The best there is.
Negative experience: Tried to re-book a trip that got cancelled at the beginning of the the pandemic but service is not the same post pandemic. My agent got her commission in 2020 and in my opinion can’t be bothered to do her job now. Thanks for nothing, useless good for nothing ignorance at it finest again. Can’t even pick up a phone just gives me the run around via email, very unimpressed

Regarding the service fee or Professional fee, it’s a company policy and a fee that is determined in advance of the service performed to cover administrative and processing cost due to suppliers not paying commissions to agents for services rendered. This fee allows us to continue to give exceptional services to our clients. I am sure our travel professional managed to accomplish on your account. Additionally, we explain this in advance to all our customers and we also add this information and the amount to be charged on our invoices. After the customer is properly informed, it is his/her decision to proceed or not. However, our main goal is to keep our customers satisfied, so we would like to offer you a travel gift certificate for the amount of the service fee to be claimed at our office for any future service. Fantastic experience: I usually book my own travel, but sometimes you just need a travel agent. Elaine was a big help in booking an upcoming specialty trip to Europe, that I wouldn't have been able to book any other way. Thanks Elaine!
