Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK with this company. The owner Lisa, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not listen to your needs and likes to go her own way. She does not communicate with any bookings or changes she makes to your trip. Any question asked is responded with attitude. It feels like we need to walk on eggshells when we ask her a question. VERY poor customer service.

Negative experience: The owner of this company illegally parked in front of a handicap parking spot and when a handicap person parked there she proceeded to tell and scream at him and cause a huge scene in a local restaurant. She cursed and yelled in front of a small child and woman.

Negative experience: Booked with a large group. Dealing with the owner was horrible and was very rude.
