Negative experience: Slowest service i have ever seen…….waiting for the response since last week…..whenever i call…..they alwys hangup by sayin we’re busy and take forever to response back the email….wasted my $600……

Negative experience: I would not recommend Marlin Travel GP. Called to follow up on an email that i sent for a quote, the lady informed me they are very busy and it might take a week or two to get back to me, a few days after I received a call where the same lady told me they wont be able to help me with a quote because they are too busy. Poor service! I was able to book our vacation successfully through a different company.

Negative experience: Not even willing to help or entertain the idea that a person can travel without being vaccinated.

Negative experience: Was recommended to use Marlin Travel after my original travel agent caused a headache. Went to them to secure a room block for my wedding next year, was told to wait until mid April/May to look at booking. April comes around & the resort my wedding is at is almost sold out, prices have almost tripled & I never got a room block. Now my guests will be rushed to book with increased prices & it’s not even guaranteed I can stay at the resort my wedding is at. Also, now I will have to help everyone coordinate booking, not like I have enough stress as a Bride. They said that they don’t have time for me & have other people trying to book. I don’t recommend the use of travel agents, and it’s caused everyone such a headache.

Negative experience: Bought a trip to go to work in from grande piarre to Edmonton 425 one way found out that it was cheaper and quicker to drive went to see if I could get my money back then they told me I can't I have a credit of 375 I have a credit for a year then they told phone westjet west jet told talk to marlin travel because I bought the ticket though horrible experience
