Negative experience: I bought this Air Canada flight ticket from them. The lady said on the phone that this is a direct flight. I done the ticket. And when they send me the ticket it shows 20 hrs and 45 min flight and shows 1 stop without having any info of stay on ticket as you see in the photo. I called them back and ask them that the flight isn’t the direct flight ? And asked them how come it shows 20 hrs and 45 mins. I thought may b its shows some error. The lady said it will be not a stay , it’s just because of the re-fuelling of plane. And said the re-fueling is in London for 1.5 hrs. And I asked her , why dnt you told me this thing upfront and she has no answer and said that they don’t have any information about this in their system. I mean wt* how it’s possible. Usually, the direct flights took max 15 hours. Totally a disaster situation now
Hi LOVEKIRAT, Sorry about the inconvenience. You were looking for the direct flight from Calgary and this was the only option .This is a technical stop in London. We sent you all the details before issuing ticket. Every detail was mentioned over there .We take customer service very seriously and apologize for the frustration this may have caused you.

Negative experience: DON'T EVER GO HERE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ANY & EVERYTHING THEY CAN WHEN YOU CHANGE ANYTHING ON YOUR FLIGHT I HAD TO MOVE THE TRAVEL DATE DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUES SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER AT AIR INDIA DIRECT WAS TOLD THE AGENT HAS A BLOCK PLACED ON THE FILE OTHERWISE WE CAN CHANGE IT WITH NO EXTRA COST BUT IF YOU CALL THEM ITS THE SAME THING ONLY THING IS THEY WOULD PUT THEIR AGENT NUMBER IN BE DONE IN 5 MINS BUT I CALLED THESE THIEVES THEY CHARGE US $600 ONCE SECOND TIME $865 THEN BY THE TIME WE CAME TO THE AIRPORT THE PR CARD WAS EXPIRED AIRLINE ADVISE AT THE NEW DELHI AIRPORT WE WILL PLACE A NOTE YOUR TICKET IS VALID FOR THE FULL YEAR WE WON'T PLACE NO SHOW JUST REBOOK YOUR SEAT BUT AGAIN THESE THIEVES CHARGED $580 AND TOLD US ITS OUR POLICY HER NAME WAS JASMINE SHAME ON THESE CROOKS DON'T BUY YOUR TICKET HERE STAY AWAY FROM THEM I HAVE GATHERED ALL PROOFS WILL SHOW THEM A GOOD TIME NEXT TIME THEY WILL THINK NUMEROUS TIMES BEFORE RIPPING OFF PEOPLE
Hi Harp, In regards to your case - Please note, it is mentioned every single time and advised whosoever is travelling have to get their documents in order, it is persons own responsibility to check if their card was expired or not. Your PR card was expired and that is why airline asked you to offload. Not only did they sent us an email explicitly stating that passenger PR card was expired, they also mentioned the same thing in your file and also that there is no waiver in case of offload too. Please refer below the remarks that airline mentioned in your file: "2 AI 186 W 23JAN 2 YVRDEL FLWN 3 AI 185 M 02JUN 7 DELYVR FLWN SSR OTHS 1A NOSHOW ON AI 185/02JUN24 SSR PAX TRAVELLING ON EXPIRED PR CARD HENCE OFFLOAD/02JUN24" We do have all the proofs and emails. In case of the date change charges - that's airline policy - that amount comprises of the date change penalty + old/new flight fare difference + No show penalty - that is payable. One day you came to the office and paid the date change charge and the next day you called the office and spoke to one of our agent in a real abusive language. That was not a way to talk. Please note we provide services to offer best deals and to serve our clients in the most professional way, however the way you behaved with one of our agent, we will be better off to not serve customers like you in the near future. -Friends Travel

Fantastic experience: Edit: very prompt feedback. Do not require the service anymore but impressed by the response here. Very poor telephone response, either put on hold or just cut the call. Did not even get to talk to someone.
There was some technical issue in our lines an hour ago and the lines were dropping by self. Maybe its the same time when you placed a call. Fantastic experience: I was anxious, given the constantly rising ticket prices, and I lost my patience after spending hours trying to find the best deal for my trip. While I was browsing, I contacted Vanika at Friends travel and explained her what exactly I was looking for. She came to my rescue!! Fantastic experience: I booked my mom's ticket from Friends Travel and had a very good experience. They kept us updated about the flight ban and helped us in booking the indirect route. Hello Shivani, upon booking a vacation package with us, you were clearly stated that this is a NON-REFUNDABLE package. The same was mentioned on your invoice and E-Docs too. An hour before your flight you called in to cancel your trip which was not possible under any circumstances. Understandable this seems to upset you but since the package was non-refundable there was nothing we could have done. Your companions for this trip, who took our service, however, seems to be pretty satisfied with their package.
Negative experience: Very bad service after selling tickets 'never again' even if they give free tickets
Sir, when your wife called to do your check-in, we informed her that it will be done in half an hour and we will give you a call back to inform the same. I called you in half hour to collect some personal information for the check-in, did your check-in and provided you with the boarding passes too. Your wife when visited the office, a day before your flight, praised us for our service and genuine ticket prices. After providing all the services, if we receive a review like this, it matters. Kindly have a conversation with us to discuss this issue. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I was coming first time on student visa. Booked my ticket delhi-paris-mexico-vancouver route through friends travel. The agency provided me full guidance on what forms to be filled, what documents to carry, where to get my covid testing done, booked my hotel in mexico. The agency would call me timely to keep me updated. As I was coming for the first time on student visa and that too indirect route, was worried but friends travel guided me clearly. And they had the cheapest price for the ticket.

Hello Jessie, The days you are talking about, was the time when suddenly covid was on peak and all the travel was shut down on the spot for the first time ever. Because of which no one had any information on what impact this virus was bringing on travel restrictions. I believe you took services from us some time later again and were content.
