Fantastic experience: This travel company was amazing. They booked all 11 of us on the same flight to our destination in Mexico. As we traveled to the airport at 3 am Karen called us to notify us the flight was cancelled. We were on the phone with her as she was talking with Westjet and got us all booked again. Now Westjet was not so good. We had booked a direct flight to arrive at 2pm. They booked us flights that arrived at 5pm and another flight not arriving till12:30 the next day. FOUR STORIES TRAVEL were able to get us all the compensation we deserved for these delays. We will definately book with them again.

Despite the logistical challenges, she managed to schedule arrivals in Mexico within a mere 10 minutes of each other, and departures within 15 minutes. This level of precision ensured that our family could begin and end our holiday together, maximizing our time spent creating cherished memories. Overall, Karen's meticulous planning and tireless efforts were instrumental in making our family holiday an unforgettable experience. Fantastic experience: I contacted Karen Fournier at Four Stories Travel after having a negative experience with a travel advisor from another company. I explained to Karen that we were booked to leave on a cruise out of Miami Florida and wanted her to book return flights from Palm Springs to Miami. I also wanted hotel rooms booked for one night prior to the cruise departure and four nights upon return to Miami. I wanted a few excursions booked in the Miami area as well. Within a short period of time that I had given Karen the information, she had flights, hotel rooms, and the excursions booked for my wife and I. The hotels she chose in Miami for us were close to several things we wanted to see and do. The email package Karen provided had vouchers for hotels and excursions with all pertinent information required. Great job Karen!

Fantastic experience: Karen is quite simply the best. In the middle of these difficult Covid times she provided a flawless experience for me. On the way out my flight was cancelled, and she got me a new one on short order. On the way back the airlines again created havoc and she worked for almost three hours in the middle of the night to get me a fresh flight and get me back home to Canada. I will definitely be going back to Four Stories for all of my future travel arrangements.

Honestly, I made a choice not to travel to the destination I was going after the Covid situation changed but I could not have done that so seamlessly and with a full refund if I hadn’t had Karen’s help and knowledge. She planned my trip perfectly and with travel being so uncertain right now, I would highly recommend Karen and her expertise in either getting you to your destination safely and enjoyably or having the freedom to cancel your trip with confidence if that’s the right thing for your family.
