Negative experience: Small wonder that people use the internet to book travel. We wanted to book a family vacation to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico for 16 of us. Because there was 16 of us Westjet said I had to use a travel agent. I called Flair to make sure that they were open and was told I needed an appointment - "Sure no problem can I make an appointment?" was met with some curt questions: What do you want to book? How many? When do I want to go? I told them the exact resort and dates. Then I was told that I could come in and they could research for me. The FEE was $150 that was non refundable if we book through them. No Thank You.

Negative experience: Excellent.

Fantastic experience: Great travel agency. Gosia took care of us from start to finish even after we had trouble returning. Her colleague Karen was there for us to assist when Gosia was unavailable. Will definitely be my agency if choice with any travel.

Negative experience: Staff are not travel agents. Was asking about European tours this fall their response back " Why r u asking?"

Fantastic experience: A travel agent is useful during ordinary times to provide advice and make bookings to out of the way places. But it is during times like the COVID-19 crisis that you really find out how good and useful they really are. We booked our trip through Cristiana to SE Asia and had a flight coming back about a week before the travel restrictions became serious. Our flights (or various legs) were cancelled by the airlines several times and Cristiana had to rebook them on five different occasions. Our trip would have been horrible if we had to deal with airline call centers (as others did) waiting for hours. As it was Cristiana dealt professionally and cheerfully with it, and let us enjoy our trip and got us back without fuss. I recommend her highly!!!

Fantastic experience: Well unlike another poster I had a perfect experience dealing with Cristiana. They were fairly busy at the time, but I waited patiently with some information on where I wanted to go. Cristiana sat me down and gave my young daughter some coloring pages to play with while we discussed a trip to Jamaica. Now, I'm a stay-at-home dad/student. I wasn't dressed like I had tons of money or portraying a person that would even follow through with full payment since I only put 200 dollars down on the trip. Regardless of this, I was treated like a first class client that had been going there for years. Cristiana and the ladies around the office were very excited to hear what plans I had to go to Iberostar resort in Jamaica and were more than happy to divulge the information I asked for and more. I asked Cristiana many questions via phone and email and they were all answered within an hour or two of sending them. I will be going back to them to plan another trip to Jamaica for my father, as well as a trip to Disney World with my children. Every question I had was answered and I was never left uncertain about a single thing. I highly recommend Flair Travel and suggest you at least give them a call. Their knowledge is outstanding and will leave you with enough information to make a sound decision. Thanks Cristiana!

Negative experience: I wish I could give them a negative star review. In this day and age of online reviews and people actually reading them especially when shopping around I would think customer service would be the front and foremost in any service companies portfolio. This is my first written review as this place left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. My Girlfriend and I walked into this place as we have been planning a trip out of the country in the coming year. We had hungered for information in regards to where and when we should go. It seemed like maybe my Jacket was to dirty for the Lady working possibly as I was met with half hollow answers topped with the most condescending attitude I have ever encountered. Maybe I should have showed up in a Lexus or BMW to treated like a Human Being. We had asked several times to look at pamphlets or even booklets but was told she didn't have any for us for some reason. Thought this was a Travel Agency? We again maybe asked if we could even have a ball park price range but were told to come back in April or July. As we were at the end of the booking season? I had said well with Children involved it would be nice to have some recommendations as this is a special trip as a family and would love some input. I was met pretty met with a standoffish attitude. Trust me I should have told her to go pound sand as to the way my girlfriend and I were being treated but am not that way to people. Respect earned respect shown etc. She after some talk got us some books a chapters clerk would have been proud to give someone more then likely a good 6-8 lbs and said here you go if you have questions go through all of these. Why the hell then should we have travel agents then? She then said she was expecting a group of people and no longer had time to deal with us in a very sharp ignorant manner. We walked out pretty disgusted. Mrs G and you know who you are. Check the recycle place down the road if you want those books back cause that's where they went. Also in my limited circle of friends found a place that actually cares about the investment this trips are to people that want the memories.
