Fantastic experience: This is the second vacation my family and I have booked with Sylvie. She was amazing to work with. She asked us our must haves and gave us multiple suggestions. Once we picked out destination she made sure our trip was as painless as possible. Thanks again.
Negative experience: We called and talked to one of the women who work there to just get some general information regarding our passports as they are a travel agency, and… ya know….are knowledgeable on TRAVEL…and the woman was very rude and made my spouse feel stupid for asking a question REGARDING a travel related question! She sighed and acted as if she was annoyed/didnt want to deal with us. We just wanted to make sure before we went in and booked a trip a piece of information regarding our passports, and as well as coming back into Canada if there would be any issues. It is YOUR JOB!! Customer service regarding travel information. She acted as if we were a nuisance asking/confirming. Well unfortunately for them we booked elsewhere after our phone call. Will never deal with them.
We do appreciate that you have gone to some trouble to comment on what you felt to be deficiencies in our service, and although we assure you that it was not our staff's intention to embarrass you, or indeed create difficulties in any way, we are very sorry that this is the impression we gave. With the recent surge in travel bookings and airline schedule changes we are doing our best with limited staff to service all clients. In future if you would like to make an appointment with an agent, we would be happy to review all your travel requirements.

Fantastic experience: Top notch service!
Negative experience: Absolute worst experience using a travel agent. Our issues started the second we got to the airport- one of our travelers date of birth was inputted wrong. Once resolved (by us the traveler), we arrive at our ‘included’ car rental with a $400 charge. Then once arriving at the hotel, they tell us there is only one room booked instead of two (even though two were paid for). We call the agency and they basically say it’s not their fault, it’s the third party. With no help at all we have to call Sunwing and try to figure it out ourselves standing in the lobby. Will definitely be booking it myself next time. Also worth noting that prior to our trip we tried calling the hotel and they had no reservation for us so we contacted our agent Vicki and she was very short and ‘ensured’ it was booked. Very stressful holiday.
Negative experience: Awful customer service. I present myself to get some advice. Vicki was suppose to send me an email with suggestions in the same afternoon. At 16:00 I called back because I was still waiting for that email. She told me that I will received it by 18:00. Well, I week later....I havent received it. DO you have to say that I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE.
