Fantastic experience: Ken and I have been dealing with Janice for the past couple of months on our two Caribbean cruises and have found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic experience: We have been booking vacations with Susan since planning our wedding in 2015. What sets it apart from other experiences in travel booking is just how comfortable she makes you feel with the entire process. When we booked our wedding, every single detail was handled by Susan and Rachel. We were constantly surprised by the little extras that they somehow negotiated without us knowing, from a room upgrade to special treatment on site, every little touch and every little detail was thought of and taken care of. Now let’s talk about a vacation that we booked on our own without using a travel agent. We accidentally forgot to take the credit card that had initially booked the room and long story short, we had to cancel the reservation and pay for an entire new reservation on a different card. Let’s just say it was high stress situation that could’ve been avoided had we used the services of Susan. Covid has certainly brought its fair share of travel hiccups and once again Susan always makes us feel completely at ease with the whole process. If you are considering a vacation, whether it’s air, hotel; resort or cruise, just use Susan. She makes you feel like whatever could go wrong they’ve got your back and goodness knows in 2022 we can all use a little extra reassurance!

Fantastic experience: I went on a retreat vacation with Nicole to morocco a couple years ago. First in for most I can’t imagine being able to do all the things I did on the amazing price that her retreat offered. So many cities stops experiences tours it was amazing. It would be impossible to coordinate such an inclusive first time trip on your own. Even more important we had an amazing guide and driver that kept us so save the entire time. Never once were we concerned we always knew we were great even when we were hiking in the Atlas Mountains in the dark, riding camels through the Sahara, and walking as fast as we could manage through the souks to see all that Fez had to offer! You’re not gonna get more bang for your buck well still keeping it classy, safe, and authentic than a trip with Nicole. I’d literally travel anywhere in the world with her!

We told her where/when we wanted to go, and she came back right away with several options to choose from. I want to shout-out our awesome agent Shannon Blackler. Like so many people, we had some vacation plans dashed by the global pandemic, but instead of sitting on the phone or internet for hours to figure out options, Shannon took care of everything. People often question using travel agents these days, but Shannon is amazing. She did a great job planning our cruise, helping us sort through options and find the best vacation for us, and then she dealt with all the fallout of a global travel stoppage on our behalf. Tina was exceptional meeting and exceeding my need for secrecy and planning excursions. My favorite part was a River trip on a jet boat in Denali park . The service in every venue was in a word perfect. The prices were exactly as quoted . I highly recommend using their services if planning a trip or vacation . Fantastic experience: Susan Walker, the manager and owner, has been our travel agent for a long time and makes all our travel arrangements. We have cruised extensively plus taken family trips to Hawaii and she has always served us well with conscientious service. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. In particular Susan has always gone the extra mile for us researching all the available options, making reservations and keeping us posted. Recently we had a medical issue that delayed our return following a cruise and Susan, on her day off, went into action without delay to make new arrangements to get us home. We have three more cruises arranged through Susan at Expedia and have never considered going to any other company. And she always has coffee for me!

SO happy I hired Expedia Cruiseship Centers to just get it done for me. Jordanna sent me numerous options that fit what we were looking for, answered all my questions and got it booked. Saved me hours, and some sanity. Travel Agents are the bomb...you don't have to do it all yourself!
