Negative experience: I booked a ticket for my 16 year old son. I misspelled his name by 1 letter. It was late and we had an emergency booking that needed to be done and I rushed it. I called the Customer Service line - clearly a 3rd party, 30 minutes after booking and asked the representative to change ONE letter and the response came back - $100 to make the change. This was clearly a money grab as Spirits policy states that a minor change is free. Worst Customer Service I have ever received and I’m a Gold Member- unreal. Guess we will go back to Frontier.
