I got another flight but my seats and luggage didn’t show up on new flight. She went above and beyond to get this straightened out. I really did appreciate it. Fantastic experience: About 5 years ago, I called Sell of Vacations and Pat Dokuchie answered. I have had the pleasure of working with her ever since. She is efficient and knowledgeable, always ready to give advice and recommendations from first hand experience. She takes the time to understand your needs, and meets them with ease. Pat has great, bubbly energy and is excited for your trip as if she is coming along! Searching online can be so overwhelming, I highly recommend giving her a call, she handles the legwork with care and ease.

Fantastic experience: We havent travelled for a few years , no regular travel agent.. A friend suggested Pat Dokuchie, at SellofVactions.. I couldnt be happier.. she is informative, kind, patient, so very prompt in responses to email questions, considerate to detail... I could go on.. We likely wouldnt be going had I not been connected to her.as had been so discouraged with other references I was given. Thankyou Pat.. we are so looking forward to this getaway !

Fantastic experience: This summer i booked a short trip to Halifax from Montréal online. I had a problem with my travel documents so I called sell off for some help. Patricia was the person that answered the phone and I was surprised at how fast and efficient she was to fix my problem. She gave me her extension in case I had any other problems and reasured me that she would be there to help. I normally book vactions on my own through the website but today I decided to call Patricia and have her help me with my booking. She was just as kind and helpful. I will definitely book all my vacations with her in the future. Thank you for the excellent service, it really shows you love what you do.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Mexico. Our agent Patricia at Sell-Off Vacations in Thunder Bay helped us pick the perfect destination for our family. She really listened to our wish list and took the items into consideration when recommending resorts and destination. She didn't steer us wrong and we had a wonderful time. This isn't the first time we booked with Patricia and it won't be our last.

Negative experience: It was too expensive to book what we wanted so she told me to call back in a few months. I called elsewhere and got exactly what we wanted in our price range. No very good service.

Negative experience: *!!HORRIBLE!!* customer experience with Debbie. I sat down looking for some information and ways they could assist me with my travels this summer. Debbie immediately began grilling me for hard details, stared me down and acted exasperated when I couldn’t immediately give her the answers she wanted. This experience was full of micro aggressions meant to belittle me as the customer from beginning to end. I told her I didn’t feel good talking with her and sought to leave. She then implied I couldn’t afford anything “expensive” although hadn’t even disclosed my budget. The drive across town was not worth being treated this way.

Negative experience: So if you are a Frontline worker who wears all the PPE in the hospital, have all your vaccinations, have been tested but since you have been around Covid patients you aren't allowed in the building

Fantastic experience: I want to share my great experience dealing with Patricia Dokuchie from Thunder Bay. She was very helpful and responsible in handling our issue with Air Canada. I am satisfied not 100% but 200%. She kept everything under control so I could relax. Definitely I will use her service in the future because I love to travel. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and attentive travel agent. Debbie was always so pleasant and patient. She was eager to explore all the options I was considering and very willing to check on anything I asked including calling the tour company to check something. Of the various agents I did talk to, Debbie was the only one that returned my calls. I was happy to give her my business when things were decided. Debbie was never pushy and always understanding and encouraging of our travel plans. I would call Debbie in the future for other trip planning.

Fantastic experience: In December my mother and I went to Selloff Vacations on Red River Road in Thunder Bay and booked a trip with Isabelle Boulet Deroy to Varadero, Cuba, for January. We were very pleased that Isabelle listened carefully to our requirements and wish list for the type of resort we wanted, and she was able to book us a trip that was ideal for us. I would be happy to use her services as a travel agent again.

Negative experience: Just google the vacation you want and book it online yourself. Don’t waste your time at this place. I found the vacation online that I wanted within 5 minutes and it took the person 30 minutes only to find the exact same vacation for the same price. Also had to wait over 3 hours as the person was socializing with the group ahead of us for 2 hours.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time dealing with SellOffVacation and I was very impressed. Debbie Ross was really nice to deal with and very helpful. She was very polite and knowledgeable . It was a pleasure dealing with Debbie and Selloff.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I was at work while my friends went to go book our trip, so they told me to call with my visa number -and that she was expecting my call- which I did several times throughout the day (13 times to be exact) left two messages during those calls. No answer. Called the next morning two more times. No answer. Debbie finally calls me back and says “on the machine it sounded like you said a different name that’s why I didn’t call you back. But the price went up today sorry” excuse me? Then has the audacity to say she only had 2 voicemails from me after I said I called thirteen times. Who leaves thirteen voicemails? I assumed 2 was sufficient, the thirteen calls seemed excessive enough. She continued to blame me for her not doing her job instead of apologizing to me. I’m completely turned off from this experience. I wouldn’t of given this a one star experience if she apologized and didn’t continue to tell me it was my fault but of course that didn’t happen. Terrible. Do not book with her.

She has continued to give great service and advice over the years. We book at least one family vacation a year. Pat always greets you with a smile and friendly service. She has been there for us even when the airlines delay flights reeking havoc on our vacation plans. Pat co-ordinated a particularly difficult fix for us while we were on connecting flights headed to Tahiti. She saved our dream vacation.
