Back in 2020 when the pandemic hit I was forced to cancel a trip I had planned. By no fault of their own; Tim went above and beyond to help me get a credit through Westjet; waiting on hold for hours, sending multiple emails to Westjet, and myself, updating me, upon countless other efforts for myself and who knows how many others during this time of uncertainty. Even tho we were unable to go on the trip due to Covid-19 I appreciate all the efforts by Tim and Expedia for getting me the entire amount back in cheque form from Westjet. Recently dealt with this agency /Tim and again, he went above and beyond to help. Will continue using this location for future trips, thank you Tim at Expedia Thunder Bay~ Highly recommend this agency for any vacation/ cruise planning!
