Fantastic experience: Great knowledgeable staff

Fantastic experience: I have relied on Sandi for two international trips now and her line of communication while flying is nothing short of exceptional. Our first plane ran late, and was not going to meet the connection. When we landed 4 hours later, we had new flights and our fees returned for our first night hotel since we wouldn't make our destination as expected. When flying internationally I wouldn't book with anyone else! On our latest international flight, everything went smooth, but she still send a quick email during our layover to see if everything was okay.

Fantastic experience: Week ago I booked a WestJet vacation but now realized that we needed a better resort. I left a voicemail for Sandi and even though she was in Montreal I recieved a phone call right back. It appears that I will have no problem upgrading to a different resort. I can and will highly recommend travel with Uniglobe Kalamalka in Vernon.

Negative experience: Called with plans for a trip, she said they would get back to me in a day. 2 weeks later I called back, she said I'll get that info for to you in twenty min ..she reviewed my # and email..after a week I called back again...she apologized and stated I'll get the info right out...nothing from them again...I'm done

Fantastic experience: Assisted us with booking a large group of players and parents departing from different cities in Canada to the USA. Sandi set everything up, and was able to correct any changes quickly. Easy to communicate with by phone or email. Our entire group made it to and from the event with no issues. We would not hesitate to use them in the future for group travel needs.

Negative experience: Would have given zero if possible... I don't receive call back finally after 2 days I made my own arrangements
