Negative experience: I am very disappointed that today’s Buffalo trip was cancelled due to weather. I took time off work weeks in advance and was genuinely excited for this tour. However, the cancellation came as a surprise, especially since the weather today is actually quite good and I can see that other tour companies are operating as normal. Because of this, I am struggling to understand the reason behind the cancellation. It has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment, particularly after planning ahead and adjusting my work schedule. Unfortunately, due to this experience, this will be my first and last trip with EmpireOne.

Fantastic experience: This is the second trip and I love their services. They're on time. The driver Harvey and host Kimberly were both really funny. Loved that they provided fun facts about where were going. We got to Bracebridge early so the driver took is to a waterfall. Loves that we got this extra. When we for to the cranberry carm the driver asked if anyone wanted to go to cranberry festival after 1 he. He took some of the group there after an hr then qpicked up the rest as scheduled. Again. On time. I loved how we never had to wait. I look forward to taking more trips with empire one travel. If you're thinking about it. Just go you won't regret it!

Positive experience: The trip was refreshing away from the city. Its my first time visiting Agawa so everything is new to me which I like to see and experience. I appreciated all the different colors I've seen during this fall trip. I'm amazed about the numerous lakes we have, the dum, the mines and the story that the organizer and train operators shared. For the reader, just condition and prepare yourself for the long trip ahead ( about 10 hr one way if you are coming from toronto). For the organizer: I have two areas of improvement for the organizer/s. One, the glass windows of the bus should be cleaned (2 panels need cleaning and unfortunately that is where I was seated) and lastly, at the hotel, they should have informed us that the 2 bedroom room was not 2 real beds but 1 king size bed 1 sofa bed just to manage clients' expectations.

We all got along, and had a genuinely amazing time over here in the east coast. They had an amazing itinerary, seeing different places and trying new things. Everyone was amazing, the tour guide, the bus driver, Everyone We had a lot of fun. We learned. We laughed. And in the end, it was a good time all around. If you were to go with them, I highly encourage it.

My husband is sound asleep already @ 9 pm because we did a lot of walking today which we seldom do in Toronto due to our busy schedules. I can’t wait till tomorrow to do the review for a job well done in making this trip possible & for adding the 2nd bus , luckily I was able to get a spot for me & my husband even though it was kind of late booking .( 10 days before the trip ) My overall review is excellent from our driver who is very attentive, reliable & very careful in changing lanes . The choice of hotel is very good as well as the sumptuous breakfast buffets we had ( I assume tomorrow will be as good as this morning . Ms. Marie is very patient with all of us especially when we don’t arrive on the exact time that we agreed. She made sure all of us is comfortable in our rooms & made sure we are all well fed & not starving . It’s our 2nd bus trip with Empire One and looking forward to many more trips in the future and I hope it will be the same group coz you are all awesome , happy faces , friendly and cool . Positive experience: This was my first time going with this tour group to Quebec and had a good time. The bus ride was comfortable and everyone very friendly. Would have liked to get souvenirs while there but unfortunately there was not an opportunity. We did have a surprise stop that made up for it. I look forward to more travel events with Empire One. Went on a second trip and had a great time picking strawberries, going to the Buddhist Garden then The Big Apple. The bus was clean and very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I taken a bus trip from park way mall to sunflower garden and blue mountain village with empire one travel and it was fantastic?and the journey was amazing with a friendly guide (Maleen) she made our journey organised.our bus driver(Narwin) who was very friendly and experienced. I had a won lottery at the end of this journey and Sara won that lottery. I would urge everyone to try any of them. They are all pretty.. I would recommend this tour to everyone!

The price charged for the trips arranged are worth every penny. The itinerary provided by them is well covered with ample time allotted for every stop.
